Jacoby Jones caught four passes for 32 yards in Sunday's Week 7 loss at Pittsburgh.

Wed Oct 16 201309:41Jacoby Jones' offensive role will grow
Coach John Harbaugh said Jacoby Jones' offensive role will grow.
Making his return from a sprained MCL, Jones played on just 20-of-70 offensive snaps in the loss to the Packers. He caught two passes for 42 yards with a touchdown on two targets. "It was great," Harbaugh said. "Jacoby gave us a speed element out there, and he'll probably play more and more offensively as we go forward." It's bad news for the WR3 hopes of Marlon Brown, who racked up a 3/71/0 line on seven targets while playing 48 snaps against the Pack.

Sun Oct 13 201317:31Jacoby Jones goes 2/42/1 in return
Jacoby Jones caught two passes for 42 yards and a touchdown in his Week 6 return, a loss to the Packers.
Jones was playing for the first time since spraining his MCL in Week 1. Jones appeared a little stiff going side-to-side, but his trademark straight-line speed remained very much intact. Jones simply outran Packers CB Sam Shields on his 11-yard score in the fourth. Jones' speed opens up some possibilities for the Ravens offense, but he's not a viable WR5 for fantasy purposes.

Ravens WR/KR Jacoby Jones (knee) will resume practicing ahead of Week 5.
Coach John Harbaugh isn't saying whether Jones will play against the Dolphins, but it's good news for a team in need of receiver and special teams help. With Marlon Brown and Torrey Smith entrenched as starters, Jones could upgrade on Tandon Doss in the third wideout role, running deep routes on passing downs.

Jacoby Jones (knee, head) is listed as "out" for Sunday's Week 4 game at Buffalo.
Jones addressed the "Sweat Pea" situation on Wednesday. "I'm going to take the responsibility that I was in the wrong place at the wrong time," he said. "There was no altercation. There's nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. ... I apologize to my teammates and everybody." Jones reportedly refused treatment after Ms. Pea smashed an Ace of Spades bottle over his head. His 4-6 week timetable following his Week 1 injury remains intact.

Ravens KR Jacoby Jones reportedly suffered head injuries in a brawl aboard a party bus when a stripper struck him with a bottle late Sunday.
The bus was reportedly filled with Ravens players and at least one stripper named "Sweet Pea," who struck Jones with a "gigantic" Ace of Spades bottle. Jones was reportedly "bleeding everywhere," and an ambulance was called, though he did not have to be hospitalized. Notorious partier Bryant McKinnie was aboard the bus, but tried to break up the brawl. No arrests were made because "no one cooperated with cops." Jones is out indefinitely with a sprained MCL.

Sat Sep 7 201309:51Jacoby Jones sprains MCL, will miss 4-6 weeks
Jacoby Jones' Friday MRI revealed a sprained MCL, and he'll be sidelined 4-6 weeks.
Just as we suspected. The injury will not require surgery. Jones is likely dealing with a grade two-plus tear, according to ESPN's Adam Caplan. The Ravens plan to look into the free-agent market for receiver help. They'd prefer to sign one who can also return kicks. Marlon Brown will slide into the starting lineup opposite Torrey Smith. He's worth an add in all fantasy formats.

Fri Sep 6 201302:31Jacoby Jones undergoing MRI on Friday
Jacoby Jones (sprained knee) will undergo an MRI on Friday.
"I don't know," Jones said when asked how long he'll be out. "I got to find out." The injury didn't have the looks of a season-ender, but Jones could easily be dealing with something like a torn MCL, which would cost him in the neighborhood of 4-6 weeks. We'll find out more on Friday.

Thu Sep 5 201322:02Jacoby Jones sprains knee on return snafu
Jacoby Jones was forced from Thursday night's game against the Broncos with a sprained right knee, and is doubtful to return.
Watching the sky as he signaled for a fair catch on a punt return, Jones got plowed into by his own teammate, undrafted rookie S Brynden Trawick. Jones limped gingerly to the locker room, and is almost certainly done for the evening. He had three catches for 24 yards before departing. Marlon Brown is now in the game opposite Torrey Smith in two-wide sets.

Thu Aug 22 201322:13Jacoby Jones catches two passes in rehearsal
Jacoby Jones caught two passes for 15 yards in Baltimore's third preseason game against the Panthers.
Jones caught his passes on a simple out route then a hook route before exiting in favor of the Ravens' younger receivers. He may be the "No. 2" receiver, but you're going to be disappointed if you draft him in expectation of No. 2 receiver numbers. Through three preseason games, Jones has three catches for 19 yards.

Tue Aug 20 201312:49Jacoby Jones not stepping up for Ravens
Jacoby Jones has one catch for four yards in two preseason games.
Per ESPN's Jamison Hensley, Jones "is not a natural receiver." It's something we already knew, but the Ravens seemed unconvinced of. Both of Joe Flacco's preseason interceptions were targeted for Jones, who was unable to adjust and at least fight for the ball. He's a weak fantasy flier despite the dearth of receiving options in Baltimore.

Thu Jul 25 201310:48Jacoby Jones passes his conditioning test
Jacoby Jones passed his conditioning test Thursday and has been removed from the active/NFI list.
Jones' two-day stint on the sidelines won't affect his quest to win the No. 2 receiver job opposite Torrey Smith. The bigger concern for the Ravens should be Jones' inability to consistently separate and make plays. He never topped 562 yards despite getting ample chances during five years with the Texans. Jones is going to be pushed hard by the likes of Tandon Doss and Tommy Streeter. Jones will practice with the rest of the team Thursday afternoon.
