Hartline (knee) caught 2-of-4 targets for 11 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-13 loss to the Ravens.
Hartline caught an eight-yard touchdown late in the opening quarter, but was quiet otherwise. He's taken a backseat to Jarvis Landry in recent weeks, and Sunday was no exception, as the sure-handed rookie wideout caught 6-of-6 targets for 55 yards. If you need Hartline next week, he'll face the Patriots on the road.

Tue Dec 2 201400:59Hartline's knee injury not believed to be serious
Hartline's knee injury is not believed to be serious, Andrew Abramson of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Hartline finished Monday's game with just one reception for nine yards, as the Miami offense largely relied on Mike Wallace and Jarvis Landry. Even if he doesn't miss any time beyond Monday, Hartline is no better than the third of fourth option in Miami's inconsistent passing game.
Mon Dec 1 201422:06Hartline left Monday's game against Jets with knee injury
Hartline left Monday's game against the Jets with a knee injury, and he will not return to the contest, Andrew Abramson of The Palm Beach Post reports.
At the time of his exit, Hartline had one reception for nine yards on his only target. His absence should lead to added snaps for Brandon Gibson and Rishard Matthews, both of whom were big parts of the Miami offense at different points during the 2013 season.

Hartline had two receptions for 39 yards in Miami's 39-36 loss to Denver on Sunday.
Hartline is Miami's number two receiver in name only as quarterback Ryan Tannehill prefers Mike Wallace and rookie Jarvis Landry. Not only did Hartline only have two receptions Sunday but he also only had two targets as he's just not a big part of the team's game plan.

Hartline caught 3-of-4 targets for 55 yards in Thursday's 22-9 win over the Bills.
Hartline snuck around the defense on a short crossing route to pick up an unexpected gain of 31 yards. He otherwise had a pretty quiet night, which has increasingly become the norm this season. Both Jarvis Landry and Charles Clay, not to mention Mike Wallace, have bigger roles in the passing game.

Hartline only caught one pass for one yard during Sunday's loss to Detroit.
Hartline has yet to show the big play ability of past seasons this year and may now be no better than the third or fourth option in the passing game behind Mike Wallace, Jarvis Landry, and Charles Clay.

Hartline had five catches for 50 yards in Sunday's 37-0 win over the Chargers.
Ryan Tannehill was terrific, but he spread the ball around to 10 different receivers, so no one player posted any standout numbers. This was just the second time all season that Hartline has reached 50 receiving yards.

Hartline (finger) finished with three catches (on three targets) for 35 yards in Sunday's win over the Bears.
Hartline secured all three of his targets Sunday, but once again made a limited fantasy impact. In fact, Hartline has topped the 40-yard mark just once this season and also sports only one touchdown on the campaign.

Hartline no longer a priority in the Miami offense, according to the Miami Herald.
Hartline was only targeted twice in Sunday's loss to Green Bay and seems to be an afterthought to quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Hartline is coming off back to back 1000 yard seasons but so far this year only has 16 receptions for 161 yards.

Hartline had six catches on seven targets for 74 yards during Sunday's 38-14 win over the Raiders in London.
Hartline led the team in targets, receptions and receiving yards, though fellow starting wideout Mike Wallace and backup tight end Dion Sims caught Ryan Tannehill's touchdown passes. Hartline's 74 yards were more than double his previous season-high of 36, which he had in Week 2 against the Bills, and he remains a fairly limited fantasy option despite averaging over six targets per game.

Hartline had five receptions for 36 yards as Miami was crushed by Buffalo on Sunday 29-10.
The five receptions are nice but and seven yard average isn't anything to crow about. Hartline did have eight targets but that may have been because with the team trailing big time in the second half, quite a few pass plays were drawn up, something that won't happen every week.

Hartline caught two passes for 26 yards in the Dolphins Week 1 win over the Patriots.

Hartline caught one pass for five yards on two targets in his 2014 preseason debut Saturday against the Steelers.
Hartline and Mike Wallace are locked in as the starters, but there may be a bit more competition for targets this year. The Dolphins' depth at wide receiver is quite clearly improved, and the team signed running back Knowshon Moreno, who is more of a receiving threat than either Lamar Miller or Daniel Thomas. Of course, Miami's offensive line will likely be better than it was last season, and Ryan Tannehill may also improve. If the passing game is a bit more prolific, Hartline shouldn't be too bothered by the increased competition for targets, so long as his playing time remains steady, as expected.
Fri Aug 15 201401:38Hartline expected to make preseason debut Saturday
Hartline is expected to make his preseason debut Saturday, according to the Miami Herald's Armando Salguero.
Hartline is fully recovered from offseason knee surgery and could be a solid pick in fantasy leagues if quarterback Ryan Tannehill take that next step in his progression. It's a big if however.

Brian Hartline (knee) is participating in Dolphins OTAs.
Hartline tore his PCL last Week 17, but avoided surgery and appears to already be full-go. He will remain a low-ceiling WR4/5 option in re-draft leagues.
