Sun Nov 14 201018:11Dumb-Bo has costly fumble, seven receptions
Bo Scaife led the team with seven receptions and 51 yards in Sunday's Week 10 loss to Miami.
Don't let the stat line fool you. Bo had a lost fumble that led to a Miami touchdown early, and had a long of just 12 on the afternoon. Let someone else make the mistake of picking him up.
Sun Oct 24 201012:26Scaife active for Titans
Bo Scaife (groin) is active for Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Scaife missed the entire week of practice, so we doubt he's at 100 percent. He has just 16 catches in six games this season anyway.
Fri Oct 22 201014:24Bo Scaife held out of Friday's practice
Bo Scaife (groin) was held out of Titans practice again on Friday.
Coach Jeff Fisher stated Thursday that he expected Scaife to return for Friday's practice. It didn't happen, which isn't a good sign for Scaife's chances of suiting up against Philadelphia. Craig Stevens and Jared Cook would take on bigger roles if Scaife's injury keeps him out for the game.

Thu Oct 21 201016:50Titans TE Scaife held out of practice
Titans TE Bo Scaife (undisclosed) was held out of Thursday's practice.
Coach Jeff Fisher expects his starting tight end back for Friday's practice. He's fine for this week's game against Philly.

Tue Oct 19 201000:36Scaife has touchdown grab, adds 53 yards
Bo Scaife caught four passes for 53 yards and a touchdown in the Titans' Week 6 win over Jacksonville.
Scaife made the most of his five targets, stumbling his way into the end zone on a two yard reception. He won't see enough looks in the Titans' run happy offense to have consistent fantasy value.
Sun Oct 10 201023:28Scaife lackluster, catches just two for 12
Bo Scaife caught just two passes for 12 yards in the Titans' Week 5 win over Dallas.
Scaife continues to be an afterthought in the Titans offense, as almost every time the team takes to the air they look for either screen passes or past the second level.
Sun Sep 12 201017:37Scaife adds TD to 3 catch, 37 yrd performance
Bo Scaife caught three passes for 37 yards and a touchdown in the Titans season opening win Sunday against the Raiders.
It was a nice line for owners that somehow happened to be playing him this week, though the bigger story is that Scaife's backup Jared Cook failed to register a catch. Blocking TE Craig Stevens caught two balls for 18 yards. The Titans square off against the Rams Week 2, and none of their tight ends should be started.
Wed Jul 21 201010:34Scaife felt his knee last season
Bo Scaife said he never quite felt like he was 100 percent last season because of a nagging knee injury.
Scaife missed two of the first three games due to the knee and ended up with 45 catches for 440 yards on the season. Even when healthy, Scaife isn't much of a playmaker and is therefore off the fantasy radar in most formats.

Tue Jul 6 201010:59Scaife sounds OK with contract situation
Bo Scaife indicated that he is no longer dissatisfied with his contract situation after skipping numerous OTAs.
"It was just something I felt inside; I was ready to come back," said Scaife, who finally reported in late May. "I missed four or five OTAs, and I got tired of (Vince Young) calling me and telling me about practice." Scaife will be more than well compensated with a $4.908 million salary this year.

Mon May 24 201015:31Bo Scaife reports to Titans OTAs
Bo Scaife has reported to Baptist Park for Titans OTAs.
Scaife signed his $4.908 million tender over two months ago, but had been working out on his own to this point. He'll resume practicing with the team on Tuesday. Scaife finished 2009 as just the No. 23 overall fantasy tight end. With Jared Cook likely to play more, expect Scaife's numbers to diminish.

Mon May 24 201009:06Report: Scaife to return to Titans this week
Bo Scaife, who has stayed away from the Titans workouts all offseason, is expected to take part in this week's minicamp.
We still haven't heard exactly why Scaife has been playing hooky, but it's assumed that he's not happy with his one-year, $4.908 million contract for this year. We think that's a pretty good deal for a mediocre pass-catching tight end that doesn't block very well.

Sat May 15 201010:41Fisher disappointed Scaife's been a no-show
Titans coach Jeff Fisher expressed disappointment that Bo Scaife continues to stay away from offseason workouts.
Though the workouts are voluntary, Scaife is under contract and doesn't have a legitimate excuse for skipping. "Bo must have reasons for it," Fisher said. "He was compensated pretty well last year and he's going to be compensated pretty well this year. I think we've treated Bo pretty well."

Tue Apr 27 201015:18Scaife, Tulloch also absent from practice
In addition to Chris Johnson, TE Bo Scaife and LB Stephen Tulloch were also absent from Tuesday's practice.
Scaife signed his $4.9 million tender in March, so he has no reason to skip OTAs. Tulloch, a restricted free agent, remains unsigned. The Titans have brought in competition at linebacker, but Tulloch remains the likely starter in the middle.

Fri Apr 9 201016:27Bo Scaife to be absent
Despite having signed his restricted free agent tender Bo Scaife has been conspicuously absent from the Titans' offseason program.
The Titans did Scaife a huge (and arguably undeserved) favor by tendering him a 10% raise on his $4.5+ million '09 salary, so it's surprising that he wouldn't report on time. According to the Tennessean, it's "assumed" Scaife wants a long-term deal. "We expect to have Bo back, playing," said coach Jeff Fisher.
