Wed Nov 19 201416:12Hester (wrist) practiced fully Wednesday
Hester (wrist) practiced fully Wednesday, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.
Hester suffered a sprained wrist in Week 11, but the ailment won't affect his practice participation, at least to start the week. As long as he avoids a setback, expect him to be available Sunday versus the Browns as his typical change-of-pace self.
Sun Nov 16 201417:47Devin Hester: Will Undergo Tests on Sprained Wrist
Hester appears to have a sprained wrist and will undergo further testing on Monday, ESPN's Vaughn McClure reports.
Hester had to leave Sunday's win over the Panthers temporarily after taking a hit to his left wrist, the same wrist he broke in high school. He did not record a reception after the injury, finishing the game with three grabs for 34 yards. Monday's tests should give the Falcons a better sense of Hester's status for next Sunday's game against the Browns.
Sun Nov 16 201415:25Hester (wrist) returned to Sunday's game against Panthers
Hester (wrist) returned to Sunday's game against the Panthers, ESPN's Vaughn McClure reports.
Hester looked to be in a lot of pain after injuring his wrist, but after a brief trip to the locker room he was back on the field.

Hester suffered a wrist injury in Sunday's game against the Panthers and is questionable to return, ESPN's Vaughn McClure reports. He was hit while carrying the ball and fumbled, grabbing his left forearm as he got up.
Hester didn't make an appearance on offense early in the game, but he eventually got involved, snagging three receptions for 34 yards and adding a nine-yard carry. If Hester can't return, Harry Douglas is probably the biggest beneficiary.
Sun Nov 16 201411:35Hester (ankle) active for Sunday's game against Panthers
Hester (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Panthers.
Hester has not reached 30 receiving guards in a game since all the way back in Week 4, and with Harry Douglas (foot) active as well, Hester faces an even steeper climb to fantasy relevance. His value is pretty much limited to return-yardage leagues at this point.
Sun Nov 16 201409:38Hester (ankle) expected to play Sunday against Panthers
Hester (ankle) is expected to play Sunday against the Panthers, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports.
With just one catch over his last two games, Hester is not a high-percentage lineup option, but if he is able to play, it would be good news for the Falcons' Week 11 return game.

Hester (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, ESPN's Vaughn McClure reports.
Hester has been invisible over the last two weeks (just one catch), and seems to be a distant fourth on the wide receiver depth chart. He's not a very appealing option Sunday, especially with a gimpy ankle.
Thu Nov 13 201414:00Devin Hester: (Ankle) Limited Thursday
Hester (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.
After failing to take part in drills Wednesday, Hester's return in some capacity Thursday implies that caution was exercised with his health. He's strung together a miserable two-game stretch -- in total, one catch (on four targets) for five yards and one carry for no gain -- which could continue with an injury in tow Sunday at Carolina. No matter, the release of Friday's injury will reveal his Week 11 availability.
Wed Nov 12 201417:41Devin Hester: (Ankle) Doesn't Practice Wednesday
Hester (ankle) didn't practice Wednesday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Hester has been ineffective, to say the least, over the past two contests, mustering one measly catch (on four targets) for five yards and one rush for no gain. In total, he was handed 25 offensive snaps and 14 on special teams during that span, and the result was of no interest in fantasy terms. As the week rolls along, though, continue to watch his status to learn if a DNP is in the offing.

Hester suffered an ankle injury in the second half of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers. His return is questionable.
Hester made very little impact before the injury, notching a five-yard reception and one carry for no gain. Julio Jones and Roddy White have gobbled up most of the targets as usual.
Sun Oct 19 201411:38Hester (hamstring) active for Sunday's game at Baltimore
Hester (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game at Baltimore.
Hester was limited in practice all week, but he is presumably in better shape than he was when he only had one catch in Week 6. The big thing to know here is that Baltimore has said that they will not kick away from Hester this week, so he will get some chances to make a big play in the return game.

Hester (hamstring) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against Baltimore, ESPN's Vaughn McClure reports.
Hester managed just one catch for 23 yards last week - possibly due in part to the hamstring problem - but he seems to be healthier this week based on his increased practice participation. With Harry Douglas (foot) ruled out for the fourth straight game, Hester will again serve as the Falcons' third receiver.
Thu Oct 16 201416:09Hester (hamstring) limited participant in Thursday's practice
Hester (hamstring) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.
Hester played through the injury last week, though his output - one catch for 23 yards - was muted, possibly due in part to his hamstring problem. With Harry Douglas (foot) still sitting out of practice entirely, the Falcons may need Hester for the No. 3 receiver role again Sunday against Baltimore.
Wed Oct 15 201416:39Hester (hamstring) limited participant in Wednesday's practice
Hester (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.
Hester's ailing hamstring kept his output in check in Week 6, when he mustered just one catch (on one target) for 23 yards against the Bears. Depending on the state of the injury entering Sunday's game in Baltimore, he could retain some utility with Harry Douglas' (foot) continued absence.

Hester (hamstring) had just one catch for 23 yards in Sunday's loss to Chicago.
Hester had just one target from Matt Ryan, who struggled to generate much offense. He's had some explosive plays this season, but his opportunities will probably be limited once Harry Douglas (foot) returns. Furthermore, the Falcons are having a tough time offensively, with poor line play.

Hester (hamstring) is listed as active for Sunday's game against Chicago.
With Harry Douglas out, Hester is in line to work as the Falcons' No. 3 receiver on Sunday, against his former team.

Coach Mike Smith said Friday that Hester (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against Chicago, ESPN.com's Vaughn McClure reports.
After missing practice Wednesday and Thursday, Hester returned on a limited basis Friday. Smith has maintained all week that he expects Hester to play, and we feel the same, especially considering the opponent (the Bears opted not to re-sign Hester when he became a free agent last spring). With Harry Douglas (foot) out again, Hester will likely continue to operate as the Falcons' No. 3 receiver.
Fri Oct 10 201411:24Hester (hamstring) took part in Friday's practice
Hester (hamstring) took part in Friday's practice, D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Hester was able to get back on the field Friday after sitting out the previous two days. The Falcons have not definitively said that he will play Sunday, but coach Mike Smith indicated earlier in the week that Hester will see added snaps in Week 6, so it seems likely that he will be able to give it a go after taking the field Friday.
Thu Oct 9 201417:08Hester (hamstring) non-participant in practice Thursday
Hester (hamstring) was a non-participant in practice Thursday, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Despite missing drills for a second day in a row, coach Mike Smith expects Hester to take the field Sunday against the Bears. During Harry Douglas' absence the last two weeks, Hester has totaled seven catches (on 11 targets) for 86 yards and one touchdown. The Falcons' offense isn't expected to include the services of Douglas yet again, leaving Hester to take advantage of a banged-up Bears secondary, who have surrendered six scores to wide receivers through five games in 2014.

Hester didn't take part in Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring injury, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.
Hester is staking a claim to looks in the passing game with Harry Douglas (foot) out of commission. During back-to-back absence from Douglas, Hester was targeted 11 times, catching seven balls for 86 yards and a touchdown. Another absence could come to pass Sunday against Hester's former squad, the Bears, who have allowed 13.7 YPC and six touchdowns to opposing wideouts in five games this season. However, he'll have to achieve active status in order to take advantage of a banged-up secondary.
