Wed Dec 10 201418:39Eddie Lacy: (Hip) Limited Wednesday
Lacy (hip) was limited in Wednesday's practice, ESPN Wisconsin reports.
Lacy sustained a bruised hip near the conclusion of Monday's win versus the Falcons, but his ability to participate in individual work is an any encouraging sign to kick off the week of preparation. As the week unfolds, his availability for Sunday's game in Buffalo should crystallize.
Tue Dec 9 201417:52Eddie Lacy: Hip Injury Not Overly Concerning
Head coach Mike McCarthy is not overly concerned about Lacy's hip injury, Tyler Dunne of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
McCarthy's comments were vague, but it would appear that Lacy is not dealing with a setback that would result in a long-term absence. It remains to be seen how much he will practice this week, and whether or not he is in any danger of missing the Packers' next game against the Bills.
Tue Dec 9 201401:31Eddie Lacy: Bruises Hip In Strong Showing
Lacy was removed from Monday's game in the fourth quarter due to a hip bruise, Paul Imig of FOX Sports Wisconsin reports.
Lacy gave way to James Starks for the game's final drive, finishing with 106 yards and two touchdowns on 18 touches (five receptions). While this doesn't sound like something that will hold him out for a Week 15 game in Buffalo, Lacy is still worth keeping a close eye on.

Lacy gained 73 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries, adding 33 yards and another touchdown on five receptions, in Monday's 43-37 win over the Falcons.
Lacy came out of the gates strong on the game's first drive, but James Starks poached a three-yard touchdown. While Starks actually finished with more rushing yards (75) than Lacy on 10 carries, five of Starks' carries and 43 of his rushing yards came on the final drive of the game. Lacy finished second on the team with nine targets, and he bowled over multiple Atlanta defenders. He's been one of the NFL's top running backs over the past few weeks, but even he may find things difficult in a Week 15 road matchup with the Bills. Owners can take some comfort in knowing that Lacy is consistently involved as a receiver, which is especially important for tougher matchups.

Lacy had 21 carries for 98 yards and caught 2-of-3 targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 26-21 win over the Patriots.
Lacy seemed to get shaken up at one point, but it turned out to be nothing. While the bruising RB didn't score, he ran hard, and helped the Packers post a big edge in time of possession. He's got a dream matchup in Week 14, facing the Falcons, who are one of the worst rush defenses in the league.
Wed Nov 26 201418:32Eddie Lacy: Avoids Injury Report Wednesday
Lacy wasn't listed on Wednesday's injury report, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
A report from the Green Bay Press-Gazette stated that Lacy was endearing a gastrointestinal illness during Sunday's win at Minnesota, who yielded 125 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries to the second-year back. While a touch of the illness remained Monday, Tuesday's day off has apparently done his body good, and he should emerge from the week of preparation fully prepared for a cross conference matchup with the Patriots.
Wed Nov 26 201413:51Eddie Lacy: (Illness) Practices Wednesday
Lacy (illness) was able to practice Wednesday, the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.
Coach Mike McCarthy relayed Wednesday that Lacy dealt with a gastrointestinal illness during Sunday's close victory at Minnesota and was still "a little under the weather" Monday. However, he's recovered enough to take part in drills Wednesday, meaning the malady appears to be behind him. In any case, continue to monitor his health as the week rolls along.

Lacy had 25 carries for 125 rushing yards and a touchdown, while also adding two catches on two targets for 13 receiving yards and another score during Sunday's 24-21 win over the Vikings.
Getting more than 17 carries for the first time all season, Lacy was an absolute workhorse Sunday, with his 25 carries only four fewer than Aaron Rodgers' pass attempts. He's been a solid fantasy producer of late, scoring at least one touchdown in six of the last eight games, including four in his last two. Up next is a tough matchup in Week 13 against a Patriots defense that kept the Lions completely out of the end zone Sunday.

Lacy had 10 carries for 69 yards and a touchdown, and had another big game as a receiver, catching 3-of-4 targets for 45 yards and a score through the air.
Other than a 37-yard rush, Lacy was held in check as a runner, but his 32-yard touchdown early in the fourth quarter was a thing of beauty, as he broke numerous tackles on his way to the end zone. He didn't do much early in the year as a pass catcher, but he's caught 14-of-19 targets for 236 yards and two touchdowns over the last three games. Next week he'll face the Vikings, who allowed him to run for 105 yards on Oct. 2, for his only 100-yard rushing game of the season.

Lacy had 14 carries for 50 yards and three receptions for 68 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 55-14 win over the Bears.
Though he didn't find much room in the running game, Lacy was a huge part of the Green Bay offense while the contest's outcome was still in question. He had five carries and a reception on his team's first drive, and his six targets matched Jordy Nelson's and Randall Cobb's for most on the Packers. Despite his consistent role, Lacy did most of his damage on just one play, a 56-yard scoring reception on a screen pass in the second quarter. He was untouched on the play, and while the long gain was largely set up by excellent blocking, Lacy did a fantastic job of sticking behind his blockers until he saw an opportunity to cut back across the field. With the Green Bay running game mostly looking mediocre this season, owners have to be thrilled with Lacy's contributions as a receiver in the last two games. He may not end up among the league leaders in rushing yards, and rightfully so, but his huge role in a thriving offense should pay dividends in coming weeks. Week 11 will bring a difficult matchup against the Eagles at Lambeau Field.

Lacy gained 123 yards on eight receptions and 59 yards on 13 carries in Sunday's 44-23 loss to the Saints.
It was an odd game for Lacy, who had just 13 receptions through the first seven weeks of the season, with no more than three in any one contest. He took a screen pass 67 yards on his first catch of Sunday's game, then added a slew of short and intermediate gains throughout the rest of the contest. His carries were a bit of an adventure, as he picked up nice chunks on a few different occasions, but was also stuffed at the line quite a few times. The Packers' other running backs were barely involved, with James Stark and DuJuan Harris each getting two carries and no receptions. Harris' totes both came deep into garbage time, indicating that he still has no role in the offense in close games. Following a Week 8 bye, Lacy will continue to carry the load against a vulnerable Chicago defense in Week 9.

Lacy had 12 carries for 63 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Panthers. He added three receptions for 10 yards.
Lacy ran hard and well, but the Packers gave seven carries to backfield mate James Starks, which prevented Lacy from having a bigger day. The shared workload has become a trend this season; after averaging 19 totes per game as a rookie, Lacy has reached 15 carries just once in 2014. The Lacy/Starks timeshare is working for Green Bay, which has won four straight games, so don't expect it to change next week at New Orleans.

Lacy had 14 carries for 40 yards in Sunday's 27-24 victory over Miami.
The Packers repeatedly tried to get the ground game going, especially in the first half, but they never hit their stride against the Miami defense. Lacy averaged just 2.9 yards per carry, the third time this season he has been held below 3.0 yards per carry in a game. This aspect of the otherwise efficient Packers offense remains a work in progress heading into next week's game against the Panthers.
Thu Oct 2 201423:31Eddie Lacy: Carves Up Vikings
Lacy had 13 carries for 105 yards and two touchdowns in Thursday's 42-10 win over the Vikings.
Lacy got back on track in a big way, bowling over numerous Minnesota defenders en route to his first 100-yard game since Week 15 of last season. He had three carries for 53 yards on Green Bay's first touchdown drive, and later put the game away with a pair of third-quarter scoring runs. It was easily Lacy's best showing of the season, as he even caught 3-of-3 targets for 27 yards in a game that saw Aaron Rodgers attempt just 17 passes. Next week brings a road matchup with the tough Miami front seven, but it's hard to bet against Lacy when he and the rest of the Packer offense are looking good.

Lacy had 17 carries for 48 rushing yards and a touchdown, as well as one catch on two targets for 11 receiving yards Sunday against the Bears.
Lacy really struggled in the first three weeks of the season, as the Packers faced off against three of the best run defenses in the league. The Bears' run defense isn't great, and while it was good to see Lacy finally score a touchdown, his 2.8 YPC matched his season-low from Week 1 against the Seahawks. He'll look to finally break through in Week 5 against a Vikings' defense that allowed 123 rushing yards and a touchdown to the Falcons in Week 4.

Lacy had 11 carries for 36 rushing yards and one catch on one target for nine receiving yards Sunday against the Lions.
Lacy has really struggled this season, failing to reach 45 rushing yards in any of his three games, though it should be noted that he has faced three of the best run defenses in the NFL all in a row. That will change in Week 4 when the Packers face a Bears defense ranked 29th against the run so far this season.

Lacy (concussion) had 13 carries for 43 yards and caught 2-of-3 targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 31-24 win over the Jets.
It was a strange game for Green Bay, as they had to abandon the run early, trailing 21-3 in the second quarter. The Jets also have a strong rush defense, but even though Lacy had a low output, it's encouraging that he was able to handle the load after suffering a concussion last week. In fact, John Kuhn was the only other running back to record a carry Sunday, rushing for three yards on one attempt.
Sun Sep 14 201415:08Eddie Lacy: (Concussion) Active Sunday
Lacy (concussion) is active Sunday against the Jets, the Packers' official site reports.
As expected, Lacy is available to owners, after emerging from the league's concussion protocol unscathed Thursday. However, he'll face tough sledding against a Jets defense that allowed 25 yards on the ground to the Raiders in Week 1, while ranking third against the run (88.3 yards per contest) in 2013.
Fri Sep 12 201412:49Eddie Lacy: (Concusssion) Probable For Week 2
Lacy (concussion) is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Jets, Tyler Dunne of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Despite suffering a concussion in the Packers' season-opening loss last Thursday, Lacy will not be forced to miss any starts. He should see his regular (heavy) workload in Sunday's game.
Thu Sep 11 201415:20Eddie Lacy: (Concussion) Clears Concussion Protocol
Lacy (concussion) practiced in full Thursday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports. Afterward, coach Mike McCarthy said that Lacy "practiced full. He looked ready...Eddie Lacy is cleared. He had a normal practice today."
Lacy, who fit in both individual and team drills, has thus cleared the league's concussion protocol in less than a week, signifying the minor nature of the ailment. While owners will have to consider the possibility of another head injury in the future, he'll head the Packers' running-back corps in Week 2, with James Starks and DuJuan Harris providing support.
