After recording 458 yards between Weeks 9 and 11, Evans has failed to reach the 50-yard mark for five consecutive games. He had four touchdowns in his last four games heading into Sunday, which has helped mask his reduced production, but it came crashing down Sunday when he was unable to get in the end zone. He'll look to bounce back in Week 17 against a Saints defense allowing the fifth-most passing yards per game this season.

Evans had two catches on eight targets for a season-low 13 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Panthers.

While the yardage figure was abysmal, Evans still managed to find the end zone for the ninth time in the last seven games. Additionally, he's still getting plenty of targets, and while he next faces a Bengals defense that is much better against the pass than the run this season, his high target-count should at least give him an opportunity to extend his touchdown streak even further.

Evans had seven catches on nine targets for a career-high 209 yards and two touchdowns Sunday against the Redskins, becoming the first rookie wide receiver to record at least 100 yards and score a touchdown in three straight games since Randy Moss in 1998, according to ESPN.com.

Evans has been absolutely phenomenal over the three-game span, catching 21 passes on 29 targets for 458 yards and five touchdowns. He has clearly taken the reigns from Vincent Jackson as the top wideout in Tampa with Josh McCown under center, something that will surely continue after leading the Bucs to their first win since Week 4.

Evans had seven catches on nine targets for 125 yards and a touchdown Sunday against the Falcons.

Despite the change in quarterback from Mike Glennon to Josh McCown, Evans posted his second straight game with at least 120 yards and a touchdown. He now has five touchdowns in his last five games (missing Week 5 due to injury), as he seems to have supplanted Vincent Jackson as the top wideout in Tampa. Up next is a Week 11 matchup against the Redskins, who are allowing the seventh-fewest passing yards per game this season, but have allowed 18 passing touchdowns, tied for the second-most in the NFL.

Evans has now scored four touchdowns in his last four games, as he and fellow wideout Vincent Jackson, who had six catches on 12 targets for 86 yards Sunday, continue to dominate the looks from quarterback Mike Glennon. Things could continue to trent up for Evans, as the Bucs will host the Falcons in Week 10, a team that is allowing the third-most passing yards per game this season.

Evans' two-game touchdown streak came to an end, but he continues to get a decent number of targets, averaging 7.25 per game over his last four. He appears to be over the groin injury that kept him out in Week 5 against the Saints and he'll look to get back into the end zone in Week 9 against the Browns, a team that is much better against the pass than the run this season.

He'll be able to rest his groin now, as the Bucs are off in Week 7 before taking on the Vikings in Week 8.

It's a promising matchup for the two wideouts, as the Ravens enter Week 6 ranked 26th in the NFL by allowing 269.2 passing yards per game, though they lead the NFL with only four-passing touchdowns allowed.

Evans (groin) is questionable for Sunday's game against Baltimore.

Evans might not be at full strength, but the fact that he logged limited practices each day this week gives reason to hope for an imminent return, perhaps as soon as Sunday. If Evans is healthy enough to play, he may see a bigger share of the targets with Vincent Jackson (ribs) questionable. The Buccaneers have an early kickoff Sunday.
