Quinn was waived by the Dolphins on Tuesday, Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post reports.

Mon Aug 11 201419:34Quinn signed with Dolphins on Monday
Quinn signed with the Dolphins on Monday, Jeff Darlington of NFL Network reports.
The Dolphins already have a veteran presence in Matt Moore in the QB ranks behind starter Ryan Tannehill, but Quinn will undoubtedly push Pat Devlin and Brock Jensen for the third-string gig. However, Quinn hasn't thrown a pass as a professional since 2012 with the Chiefs.

Tue Nov 26 201322:24Rams QB Quinn undergoes back surgery
Brady Quinn (injured reserve) underwent a microscopic lumbar discectomy surgery in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
In layman's terms, Quinn had back surgery. Dr. Robert Watkins performed the surgery. It's the same operation Rob Gronkowski had in June. The Rams previously announced that Quinn was placed on I.R. with a hip injury last weekend. Either way, he's done for the season and should be ready for 2014.

Mon Sep 2 201312:44Jets add Brady Quinn to messy QB carousel
Jets signed QB Brady Quinn and released QB Graham Harrell.
Quinn enters the fray in Rex Ryan's quarterback carousel, which also includes Geno Smith, Mark Sanchez and Matt Simms. Quinn has gone 4-16 in 20 career starts, holds a 53.9 completion percentage and has a 12:17 TD-to-INT ratio. In other words, the Jets are still grasping at straws. Smith remains the most likely starter in Sunday's opener against the Bucs.

Sat Aug 31 201316:19Brady Quinn released by Seahawks
Seahawks released QB Brady Quinn.
Quinn handled himself well in the preseason, going 22-of-38 for 271 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions. But he never had a realistic shot to beat out Tarvaris Jackson for the No. 2 gig behind Russell Wilson. Quarterback-needy teams like the Bills could do worse than kicking the tires on Quinn.

Thu Aug 29 201316:17Seahawks not expected to keep Brady Quinn
The Seattle Times doesn't expect Brady Quinn to make the Seahawks' final roster.
Tarvaris Jackson is locked in as Russell Wilson's backup. Quinn has had a pretty solid preseason while playing against mainly second- and third-stringers, completing 14-of-23 passes (60.9 percent) for 161 yards (7.0 YPA), two touchdowns, and no turnovers. He'll likely be one of the top quarterbacks cut.

Tue Apr 9 201315:21Report: Seahawks hope to sign Brady Quinn
ESPN's Ed Werder reports the Seahawks were "most impressed" with Brady Quinn at Monday's four-QB tryout, and hope to sign him as Russell Wilson's backup.
Quinn worked out along with Matt Leinart, Seneca Wallace and Tyler Thigpen. It's good that Quinn was impressive in person, as he certainly wouldn't be impressive on film. He's also a polar opposite to Wilson in terms of skill-set. A point in Quinn's favor is his cheap price, but it's not as if any of Leinart, Wallace and Thigpen would be expensive.

Sun Apr 7 201313:58Seahawks to work out 4 quarterbacks Monday
The Seahawks will work out four free agent quarterbacks on Monday: Brady Quinn, Matt Leinart, Seneca Wallace, and Tyler Thigpen.
It sounds like the best workout performer will get a contract offer. Leinart played for Seahawks coach Pete Carroll at USC. Quinn has generated next to no free-agent interest. Wallace turns 34 in August and is the elder statesman of the group. Thigpen is athletic with experience in the Pistol Spread offense.

Mon Mar 11 201321:08Quinn might still be an option for Jets
ESPN New York says the Jets "may still" sign free agent Brady Quinn even after signing David Garrard on Monday.
GM John Idzik is poised to add as much "competition" for Mark Sanchez as he can get, but Quinn is just as terrible -- maybe more so -- as the Sanchize. Quinn has a history with QBs coach David Lee, though, who reportedly loves him. The Jets already have five quarterbacks on the roster.

Fri Mar 8 201309:24Brady Quinn on Jets' 'radar'
The New York Daily News confirms free agent Brady Quinn is on the Jets' "radar."
ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported last month that New York was Quinn's most likely destination. The Jets have already worked out David Garrard, but missed out on another potential target when Matt Moore re-upped with the Dolphins Friday. Quinn is the kind of "competition" Mark Sanchez would embrace. Quinn's 60.1 QB rating would have been the worst in the league (by far) last season had he thrown enough passes to qualify.

Wed Feb 27 201317:50Brady Quinn to the Jets?
ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported on NFL 32 that free agent Brady Quinn will likely end up with the Jets.
Per Mortensen, the Jets plan to sign two free-agent quarterbacks. Quinn has history with new Jets QBs coach David Lee, who "likes (Quinn) a lot." New York will reportedly bring five quarterbacks to training camp, not including Tim Tebow. In this scenario, Quinn, Mark Sanchez, Greg McElroy, and Matt Simms would account for four, and they'd add one more free-agent veteran to the mix.
