Texans signed TE Jake Byrne off the Chargers practice squad.

Yet another tight end out of Wisconsin, Byrne will step in as the Texans No. 3 TE behind Garrett Graham and Ryan Griffin. He was on the Texans practice squad during the playoffs last year.
