The Celtics waived guard Oliver Lafayette on Friday.

Performing well in the D-League last year, he was picked up before the Celtics added Avery Bradley and Delonte West this offseason. He'll certainly get a training camp invitation elsewhere, though it's anybody's guess if he'll make an NBA roster.
