Tue Feb 21 201200:14Richardson leaves game with leg injury
Quentin Richardson left Monday's game with a quad injury and did not return.
Richardson played four minutes and has more value as Dwight Howard's yapping sidekick than he does in fantasy leagues.

Sun Feb 5 201201:31Q-Rich ejected after scuffle w/ Granger
Quentin Richardson was ejected from Saturday's game after a brief altercation with Danny Granger.
Q-Rich apparently took offense to Granger's physical play, saying something like, "Watch your elbows," and since he started the incident he was ejected. The Pacers are quickly earning a reputation as an irritatingly physical team, which they don't seem to mind (though they prefer the term "smashmouth").

Quentin Richardson will start for the Magic on Friday against the Lakers.

Tue Jan 17 201209:20Quentin Richardson returns for Magic
Quentin Richardson returned to action on Monday with five points and two rebounds in 13 minutes.
Richardson saw just 13 minutes despite Jason Richardson (knee) being inactive, so there is no reason for owners to consider him for their team at any point in the near future.

Sun Jan 15 201214:11Quentin Richardson (foot) will play Monday
Quentin Richardson (foot) practiced on Sunday and will be available for Monday's game vs. the Knicks.
Q-Rich may actually get substantial minutes because the other hyphenated-Richardson, J-Rich, is not expected to play. Even so, he his fantasy appeal is far too limited to bother picking him up.

Quentin Richardson (foot) is will not play on Thursday against the Warriors, and we're calling him out "indefinitely" until he is reportedly close to playing.
Richardson has no value in fantasy leagues and stringing owners through a bunch of updates makes no sense. We'll let you know when he's ready to come back and continue being irrelevant.

Fri Jan 6 201211:50Quentin Richardson sustains burn on ankle
Stan Van Gundy revealed that Quentin Richardson has something "akin to a chemical burn" on his foot.
Richardson was trying to treat an ankle injury with Icy Hot, but then dipped his foot in cold water which resulted in the burn. It's impossible to make something like that up, and Richardson probably should have read the directions on the back of the box. He's currently averaging 2.2 points and 2.0 rebounds in just 13 minutes per game.

Wed Dec 21 201122:41Q-Rich plays through sore back
Quentin Richardson played on Wednesday after missing a practice with a sore back.
Richardson's back is always iffy and it probably wasn't smart for him to get into a body-checking match with LeBron tonight. In any case, he had six points, five boards and three assists, but we wouldn't recommend drafting him in most leagues.

Quentin Richardson, who underwent surgery in June to repair a disk in his lower back, missed Tuesday's Magic practice due to back soreness.

Mon Jul 25 201112:55Quentin Rihardson progressing after surgery
Quentin Richardson is close to returning to the practice court as he continues to make progress from lower back surgery to repair a disc issue.
Richardson has been rehabbing at RDV Sportsplex and his own home and everything is on schedule in his recovery. Richardson did express some frustration as he hasn't been able to access the Magic team doctors of trainers throughout the process, and that's just another reminder of how the lockout has an adverse impact on the league's players.

Quentin Richardson will start at SG for the Magic during Game 4 on Sunday.
Q-Rich gets the nod with Jason Richardson suspended one game. His strong points are intensity, defense, and streaky perimeter shooting, and he's likely to split minutes with J.J. Redick.

Quentin Richardson has been suspended for two games after shoving Gerald Henderson in the face during Wednesday's game.
Richardson was playing just 13.5 minutes per game since the All-Star break, so his absence won't mess with the rotation. He'll be eligible to return for Wednesday's regular-season finale against the Pacers.
