Cleveland Cavaliers guard Donovan Mitchell (nose/knee) is targeting a return to action as soon as Friday's home game versus the Philadelphia 76ers. Mitchell has been sidelined since March 16 due to a knee issue and nasal fracture, but he's now on the cusp of a return. Although the two-way All-Star guard won't be available for Wednesday's contest against the Charlotte Hornets, Mitchell still has a chance to return during the fantasy semifinals and boost playoff rosters. Swingman Caris LeVert is averaging 12.5 points, 7.8 assists, 4.9 rebounds, 1.5 steals, and 1.3 three-pointers over his last 11 appearances (seven starts), and he remains a must-roster player against a Hornets team that's tied for the third-worst defensive efficiency rating (116.8) in basketball.

Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (finger) is questionable for Wednesday's game against Denver. The veteran star sprained a finger near the end of Monday's 104-102 loss to San Antonio and could be out of action for the first time this month. Eric Gordon and Royce O'Neale should take care of most of Beal's minutes if he can't play, with Grayson Allen in a position to get a few more shots. He was anonymous in back-to-back games against the Spurs but is having an impressive month overall, with 15.8 points averaged on 48.5 percent shooting from three-point range. However, snipers like Allen and Gordon might struggle in a matchup against a team like the Nuggets, who allow the second-fewest three-point makes in the league.

Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) might have to skip Wednesday's battle against Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets. He tweaked his right ankle against the Spurs on Monday and has been listed as questionable on the injury report. Drew Eubanks will be asked to step up in a big way if Nurkic isn't able to go on Wednesday. He will find himself in a really tough matchup but should be able to improve on his season averages in a bigger role. Eubanks has posted 5.3 points and 4.3 rebounds across 15.7 minutes for the campaign.

Denver Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray (knee) is questionable for Wednesday's meeting with the Suns. The Canadian star has sat out two games with a knee issue and might have to miss three games on the bounce for the first time since an 11-game absence in November. Reggie Jackson has filled the shoes of Murray well, averaging 19.0 points, 6.5 assists, and 1.5 steals over the past two games in the starting unit. Only Detroit gives up more points per 48 minutes to point guards than Phoenix, so we should see another good performance from Jackson if Murray can't return on Wednesday.

Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic (back, hip) is probable for Wednesday's big Western Conference clash against Phoenix. The reigning Finals MVP is dealing with a couple of health issues right now, and he missed one game last week, but Jokic is trending toward playing on Wednesday. Jokic has averaged a triple-double against the Suns this season and is currently enjoying his second-best scoring month of the campaign. The Serbian superstar has produced 27.8 points in 11 March outings, along with 12.2 rebounds, 7.5 assists, and 1.5 steals.

Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert (rib) is questionable for Wednesday's game with the Pistons due to a sprained rib on his left side. The big man has competed in the last two Timberwolves contests, but he missed three consecutive games before with the rib injury. Minnesota's Anthony Edwards (finger) is also questionable. Naz Reid has stepped up his game when Gobert has been sidelined recently, posting 20 points, 12 rebounds, and two blocks against Golden State on Sunday.

Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Kelly Oubre Jr. (shoulder) is considered questionable for Wednesday's clash with the Los Angeles Clippers. He didn't play in Monday's loss to Sacramento because of shoulder soreness. As a result, Nicolas Batum slid into the starting lineup. However, Batum was held scoreless, so he'll be hard to trust from a fantasy standpoint if Oubre misses another contest. Instead, Buddy Hield, who also had a rough showing, has a much higher fantasy upside.

Utah Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen (quadriceps) is questionable for Wednesday's matchup with San Antonio due to a right quadriceps contusion. Markkanen posted 34 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and one block in 34 minutes during Monday's 115-105 loss to the Mavericks. The 26-year-old has played in only four out of 12 games in March. If he cannot suit up, Taylor Hendricks, Luka Samanic, and Brice Sensabaugh could see more minutes on the court.

Dallas Mavericks forward/center Maxi Kleber (knee) will play on Tuesday versus Sacramento. Dallas needs a win on Tuesday night, so it's all hands on deck for this one. Luka Doncic (Achilles) is available, which is undoubtedly good news. And while Kleber provides depth for the Mavs, he's only averaged 2.2 points and 2.7 rebounds in the last 10 games, meaning he's not worth considering for DFS contests.

Sacramento Kings forward Sasha Vezenkov (ankle) will not play against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday. The 28-year-old has been nursing an ankle injury for over a month. His next opportunity to return is on Friday in a rematch with the Mavericks. He hasn't really been missed since his exit from the lineup, as he has averaged just 5.6 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 0.4 assists across 35 games this season.

Toronto Raptors center Jakob Poeltl (hand) is doing light on-court work in practice but is still not cleared for contact. Still not using his surgically-repaired left hand, Poeltl's return to the floor is not imminent. The 23-49 Raptors have dropped 11 games in a row, so managers stashing the 28-year-old Austrian big man shouldn't be planning to have him available later during the fantasy playoffs. Playmaking center Kelly Olynyk has started each of Toronto's latest 11 matchups, providing 13.7 points, 5.5 boards, 5.5 assists, 1.1 triples, and 2.2 combined steals plus blocks but is hurting nine-category players with 3.4 turnovers per game across this period. He'll be a much better bet in points leagues the rest of the way, but Olynyk will next face a vaunted New York Knicks defense that's permitting the fewest FanDuel points to enemy centers.

Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler (illness) missed shootaround on Tuesday morning, but he's probable to play versus the Golden State Warriors. Dealing with a non-COVID illness, Butler is still expected to play in a good spot against a Warriors defense giving up the ninth-most DraftKings points to opposing small forwards. Across 13 appearances since the All-Star Break, the 34-year-old two-way superstar is pouring in 21.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.7 swipes, and 0.9 three-pointers per contest. With Tyler Herro (foot) still on the shelf, Butler will continue absorbing additional usage and playmaking responsibilities and remains a set-and-forget fantasy option across all formats.

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) has been downgraded from doubtful to out for Tuesday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. Dealing with peroneal tendinopathy in his left ankle virtually all season long, James will sit on the front end of LA's back-to-back and hope to play in Wednesday's meeting with the Memphis Grizzlies for the second outing of a six-game road trip. Cam Reddish and Taurean Prince are candidates to join the Lakers' starting lineup at small forward on Tuesday, with Anthony Davis (Achilles), D'Angelo Russell, and Austin Reaves running the show offensively. Over nine games without James this season, Reaves is averaging 19.1 points, 5.0 assists, 3.9 rebounds, 1.0 steals, and 2.5 three-pointers and gets a favorable matchup against a Bucks team allowing the eighth-most DraftKings points to opposing shooting guards.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Khris Middleton (ankle) is probable for Tuesday's matchup against the Lakers. He's only just returned from a lengthy absence, and the team wants to be careful with Middleton's workload. But Milwaukee had the day off on Monday, and there's no back-to-back in sight, clearing the way for Middleton to play. The three-time All-Star is fresh off his second career triple-double, having picked up 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists against Oklahoma City on Sunday. Middleton is averaging 18.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 7.7 assists in 28.3 minutes since his return.

Milwaukee Bucks forward/center Giannis Antetokounmpo (hamstring) is expected to take the court in Tuesday's mouth-watering matchup against the Lakers. The team has listed him as probable ahead of the tilt. Antetokounmpo has played in two consecutive games since returning from a hamstring injury. He almost had a 30-20 game last time out against the Thunder, so it's safe to assume the former MVP is feeling 100 percent or at least close to it, and we should witness another spectacular performance from him on Tuesday. The Bucks superstar erupted for 34 points, 14 rebounds, and 12 assists in this season's first meeting with the Lakers earlier in the month.

Miami Heat forward/center Kevin Love (heel) is nearing a return and has been listed as questionable for Tuesday's matchup against the Warriors. The veteran has missed 13 games on the bounce with a right heel injury, last appearing for Miami on Feb. 27. Love will likely push Thomas Bryant near the end of the bench again, and Nikola Jovic and Haywood Highsmith might also lose a few minutes. The five-time All-Star doesn't play a lot these days, but Love has been effective when on the court, averaging 9.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists in 17.5 minutes.

Los Angeles Clippers point guard Russell Westbrook (hand) is available Monday, three weeks after having hand surgery. The former MVP was recovering from a fractured hand suffered on March 1st in a matchup against Washington. Westbrook has been one of the most productive bench players in the league this season, putting up 11.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 4.4 assists. While Westbrook was out, the Clippers posted a 6-6 record. In his return against the Pacers, the 35-year-old shouldn't face any minute restrictions.

On Monday, Philadelphia 76ers forward Kelly Oubre Jr. (shoulder) will not suit up against the Sacramento Kings. He is suffering from a sore left shoulder. The 28-year-old was added to the injury report as a game-time decision, and after testing his shoulder in pregame warmups, he is now listed as out. 31-year-old Buddy Hield will likely start at small forward with Oubre Jr. sidelined.

Denver Nuggets forward Aaron Gordon (foot) won't play on Monday against Memphis. The veteran had a 22-point, 12-rebound double-double with three blocks in Saturday's win over the Portland Trail Blazers. Unfortunately, he popped up on the injury report late on Monday because of a right Plantar Fascia strain. There hasn't been anything to suggest the injury will keep him out beyond Monday night, meaning he could be back for Wednesday's showdown with the Suns. But as fas as the meeting with Memphis is concerned, Peyton Watson, averaging 11.8 points, 1.5 blocks, and 1.0 steals in four starts this year, should fill the void in the lineup.

Denver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray (ankle) remains out on Monday against Memphis. He hasn't played in over a week because of a sprained left ankle. Unquestionably, the Nuggets need him healthy for the postseason, so he may not be back for at least a few more contests. But until Murray returns to the lineup, Reggie Jackson, who scored 23 points in Saturday's win over Portland, will presumably remain in the starting lineup. However, with Nikola Jokic (back, hip) and Michael Porter Jr. (illness) available, Jackson may not be as productive.
