An NBA official told the Chronicle on Saturday that the league is aware of the mistake.The Rockets have not been informed of a decision by the NBA on their protest.The last time the NBA upheld a protest was in 2008, but it was a similar situation. In that case, Shaquille O'Neal of the Miami Heat was mistakenly disqualified from a game with five fouls. On March 8, the Atlanta Hawks and Heat replayed the final 51.9 seconds of that game, which was originally played on Dec. 19. Atlanta ended up winning again.
