After a one-game absence due to an illness, Hairston led the reserve unit in scoring, which also matched a season high. However, the blowout nature of the contest allowed the bench to chip in more than usual, meaning he'll likely return to his 14 minutes per outing from his past 12 appearances.

Hairston's role fluctuates too much to be ownable in most leagues, and his efficiency has been so poor he's not a desirable pickup.

The Hornets were up big in this game, so Hairston and the rest of the bench saw extended run. While he put up a solid performance Monday, don't expect this on a consistent basis.
