Brandon Inge's rehab from arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder will take 4-5 months.
Inge thinks he's a quick healer, as he believes it will only take him two months. It's really a moot point, as he won't return this season but should be 100 percent for spring training next year either way. He'll be a free agent this winter after the A's decline his $6 million option.

Brandon Inge (shoulder) is hoping to return to the lineup Tuesday.
Inge isn't playing Sunday after dislocating and then popping his right shoulder back in place Saturday. He's suffered similar injuries in the past and returned in 2-3 days, but before it's happened to his left (non-throwing) shoulder, so it's not a given that he'll be ready to go Tuesday. Inge has had his left shoulder anchored surgically and said he might do the same thing with his right shoulder over the offseason.
