Mon May 27 201300:46Laird goes 1-for-3 in rare start against Mets
Gerald Laird went 1-for-3 in a rare start against the Mets on Sunday.
He has just four hits this month. Laird had four multi-hit games in April, but Atlanta understandably has no interest trotting him out with Evan Gattis and Brian McCann also on the roster. Outside of ocean-deep NL-only leagues, Laird (.267/.340/.311 over 53 plate appearances) can be ignored in fantasy.
