The 31-year-old will attempt to work his way back to the major leagues, but he'll likely begin the year at Triple-A if he's unable to crack to initial 40-man roster. In 2013, Gutierrez hit .248 with 24 RBI and 10 home runs in 145 MLB at-bats.
