Arruebarrena is replacing third baseman Juan Uribe, who was put on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday with a right hamstring strain. Arruebarrena has been used strictly at shortstop at the Double-A level, but he's known for having an excellent glove and will presumably see action at the hot corner. The 24-year-old from Cuba was batting just .208/.252/.302 this season with Chattanooga. | ||||||
