LHP Brandon Finnegan (left shoulder strain) threw 21 pitches in a bullpen session on Tuesday. He plans to throw around 35 on Saturday. "It went really well," Reds manager Bryan Price said. Finnegan is expected to have three bullpen sessions, a live batting practice session, then go out on minor league rehab. Finnegan has been on the disabled list since April 16. He is 1-0 with a 2.70 ERA in three starts this season.

RHP Jose Urena (2-2) gave up six runs on four hits over five innings in his fourth start of the season, an 11-9 victory against the Oakland A's on Tuesday night. He struck out three, walked two and allowed two home runs. "Jose's aggressive," Marlins manager Don Mattingly said. It's kind of controlled madness in a sense. He's all over the place with the fastball at times but he's going to keep coming at you. He gets his share of outs. Jose was pretty much typical Jose, right around six innings there."

1B/OF Justin Bour went 4-for-5 with a home run, a double, two RBIs and four runs in an 11-9 victory against the Oakland Athletics on Tuesday night. Bour hit his team-high 12th home run of the season, a solo shot in the seventh, and has homered in eight of his past 12 games. "I think he's just feeling good," Marlins manager Don Mattingly said. "When he was struggling it didn't look good but we also talked about water finding its level, and guys that can hit eventually get there."

CF Christian Yelich left the game against Oakland on Tuesday night in the bottom of the eighth inning with a hip flexor injury and is day-to-day. Yelich went 1-for-5 and scored a run in the Marlins' 11-9 victory. Marlins manager Don Mattingly said he doesn't know whether Yelich will be able to play on Wednesday afternoon against the A's.

C J.T. Realmuto went 2-for-3 and extended his road hitting streak to 15 games on Tuesday night in an 11-9 victory against Oakland. He's batting .379 (22-for-58) during his streak. He scored a run and stole his first base of the season.

CF Rajai Davis hit his second home run of the season, a two-run shot in the bottom of the ninth inning of an 11-9 loss to Miami on Tuesday night. Davis had a career-high 12 home runs last season for Cleveland. Davis went 1-for-2 after entering the game in the top of the seventh inning.

RHP Tyson Ross was sent on a rehab assignment to Triple-A Round Rock. Ross hasn't pitched this season as he's recovering from surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome.

OF Ichiro Suzuki had his 362nd career interleague hit Tuesday night, a two-run single in the first inning of an 11-9 victory against Oakland. He ranks second all-time in interleague hits.

3B Josh Donaldson could return to the Blue Jays this weekend, manager John Gibbons said Tuesday. Out since April 14 with a sore right calf, the 2015 American League Most Valuable Player began a minor league rehab assignment Monday at Class A Dunedin where he went 0-for-2 and was hit by a pitch.

RHP Aaron Sanchez hasn't started throwing as he waits for a blood blister on his right middle finger to disappear. It's Sanchez's third trip to the DL this season because of the finger. He led the American League with a 3.00 ERA last season but is 0-1 with a 3.33 mark in just five starts this season. "It is what it is," Sanchez said Tuesday in Milwaukee where the Blue Jays were facing the Brewers. "It's been something that's bothered me, and if it's going to take 30 days to give me the answer for the rest of my career then so be it. I understand that our team's kind of struggling, and I want to be out there just as much as everybody else wants me out there. I've got to make sure that I'm healthy and I don't do something out there that will cause further injury. There's been issues with this where sometimes that's happened. I think everybody's on board. It's just making sure (the finger) is under control and there's nothing else that's going to come with this. It is what it is, but I have to make sure that it's healthy before I get back out there."

LHP Francisco Liriano threw a simulated game Tuesday and could make a minor league rehab start as early as Sunday, manager John Gibbons said. Liriano has been on the disabled list since May 11 with inflammation in his right shoulder. He's made seven starts this season, going 2-2 with a 6.35 ERA and 30 strikeouts in 28 1/3 innings of work.

SS Troy Tulowitzki is expected to rejoin the Blue Jays this weekend, manager John Gibbons said Tuesday. Tulowitzki has been sidelined since April 22 with a strained right hamstring but has gone 3-for-10 with two RBI in four rehab games with Class A Dunedin. He's played in 16 games this season, batting .263 with a home run and 10 RBI.

RF Jose Bautista started at third base for the first time since April 14, 2013 Tuesday as manager John Gibbons looked for ways to fill a void created while Josh Donaldson remains on the DL and the Blue Jays had to go without a designated hitter in interleague play. "I mentioned it to him the other day in Baltimore," Gibbons said. "I said it would depend on what would happen with the other guys if they're here or not. Put Chris Coghlan in the outfield or whatever and I might play him some at third." Bautistia has appeared at third twice this season but hadn't played the position regularly since 2011.

RHP Junior Guerra is "tentatively scheduled" to come off the disabled list Friday and re-join the rotation when the Brewers host Arizona at Miller Park. Guerra made just one start this season, pitching three innings on Opening Day before straining his right calf and ultimately landing on the disabled list a day later. He wrapped up a two-game minor league rehab stint Sunday at Triple-A Colorado Springs where he allowed four runs -- three earned -- on 11 hits with six strikeouts over 6 1/3 innings. Guerra was arguably Milwaukee's best starter a year ago, going 9-3 with a 3.01 ERA in 21 starts as a 31-year-old rookie.

RHP Neftali Feliz worked two scoreless innings with a pair of strikeouts Tuesday as he tries to get back on track after losing the closer's job earlier this month. Signed to a one-year deal in the offseason, Feliz was 0-4 with a 6.19 ERA at the time of the role change. He's made three appearances since, allowing two runs -- one earned -- in four innings of work with four strikeouts.

RHP Andrew Cashner has now gone 18 straight road starts without a win after suffering the loss Tuesday night at Fenway Park. He lasted five innings and yielded five runs and fell to 0-9 since his last road win, Sept. 16, 2015. His road losing streak is the longest among active starters. The loss dropped him to 1-4 on the season and came after three straight quality starts. "The entire offense scores. We've got a good hitting team right now," he said. "When you put up six runs, as a starter you expect to win. (I've) got to do a better job."

RHP Al Alburquerque cleared waivers and was assigned to Triple-A Omaha. He was designated for assignment Sunday and can refuse the assignment to become a free agent.

LHP Danny Duffy felt extremely satisfied with his fastball command after allowing two runs and six hits in seven solid innings. He allowed two home runs to end a 51 2/3-inning stretch without allowing a home run but there was little for him to be upset about.

OF/1B Tyler Austin went 2-for-3 with a pair of triples in his fourth rehab game with Double-A Trenton. He was the designated hitter Tuesday after playing right field Monday. He has been on the disabled list all season after fracturing his left ankle early in spring training.

CF Charlie Blackmon has found a home away from home in Philadelphia. He has homered seven times in in his last five games against the Phillies and has hit multiple home runs in the same game three times at Citizens Bank Park."I like playing here," Blackmon said. "If I knew why, I'd try to make it like this everywhere. It's a place I enjoy going on the road as opposed to a lot of other places I could name."In his last five games against the Phillies, Blackmon is 11-for-22 with 12 RBIs.
