INF Ryan Goins (left forearm abrasion) was back at shortstop Thursday and was 0-for-3. He left the game Wednesday in the sixth inning after Rays SS Daniel Robertson stepped on his wrist and forearm when Goins was out at second trying to advance on a pitch in the dirt. X-rays revealed no fracture and no stitches were required. Goins is getting most of the playing time at shortstop since the season-ending ankle injury to SS Troy Tulowitzki.
