Ogando was optioned to the minor leagues on Friday, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Ogando allowed one run on four hits in 5.1 innings this spring. He will likely start the year at Triple-A Lehigh Valley. The Phillies could give him a look in their pen later this year.
