RF Aaron Judge continued his notable rookie season by hitting his 49th and 50th homers during Monday's win over the Kansas City Royals. Judge tied Mark McGwire's 1987 rookie record in the third inning and then broke it in the seventh. Judge also became the fifth Yankee to reach 50 homers and his 108 RBIs are the third-most among Yankee rookies. Only Hall of Famers Joe DiMaggio (125, 1936) and Tony Lazzeri (114, 1926) drove in more runs as first-year players. Judge also was named American League Rookie of the Week for the second time Monday and reached base safely for the 20th straight game. In his last 20 games, Judge is hitting .328 (22-for-67) with 13 homers, 25 RBIs, 25 runs scored and 21 walks.

RF Aaron Judge hit his 47th and 48th homers of the season Sunday in the 9-5 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays. He is one short of 1B Mark McGwire's rookie record set in 1987. He has hit five homers in his past six games. He is one of three players to have hit nine homers in one season against the Blue Jays, joining OF Manny Ramirez (2001) and 1B Chris Davis (2012).

RF Aaron Judge struck out for the 200th time this season in the first inning of the 5-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays on Saturday to set a major league record for a rookie. He is the first player in the majors to reach that plateau this season. Judge was 1-for-4 with a double but ended a 12-game streak with at least one run scored. It was the longest streak in the majors this season and the longest by a Yankee since OF Johnny Damon had a 12-game streak Aug. 17-30, 2006.

RF Aaron Judge hit his 46th homer of the season Friday in the first inning of the 8-1 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays. He and C Gary Sanchez have combined for 78 homers, the most by any duo aged 25 or younger on the same team since 1B Prince Fielder (46) and OF Ryan Braun (32) combined for 78 homers with the Milwaukee Brewers in 2009.

MIAMI -- Giancarlo Stanton drilled his major-league-leading 55th homer to lead the Miami Marlins to a 13-1 win over the New York Mets on Monday.It was Miami's first game at Marlins Park since Sept. 6, with three contests were moved to Milwaukee due to Hurricane Irma. RF Aaron Judge hit his 44th home run in Monday's win over the Minnesota Twins. Since 1962, Judge, Alex Rodriguez (54 homers, 2007, 48 homers, 2005) and Tino Martinez (44 homers, 1997) are the only Yankees to reach 44 homers in a season. He also became the fourth Yankee to hit at least 28 homers at home, joining Roger Maris (30, 1961) as well as Hall of Famers Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig.

RF Aaron Judge scored his 31st run against the Baltimore Orioles on Sunday in the eighth inning. He is the first player to score at least 31 times against an opponent since Hall of Famer Ted Williams scored 31 runs in 1947 for the Boston Red Sox against the St. Louis Browns.

RF Aaron Judge was 0-for-2 with a pair of walks but scored each time after getting those free passes. Judge is up to 29 runs scored against Baltimore. He is the first player to score at least 29 runs against one team since Mickey Mantle scored 30 times in 1956 against the Kansas City Athletics during the Hall of Famer's triple crown campaign.

RF Aaron Judge continued to thrive against Orioles' pitching when he blasted a pair of three-run homers and tied a career best with six RBIs in Thursday's 13-5 win. OF Aaron Judge had a record-setting day on Sunday. He drew his 107th walk of the season in the second inning. That gave him the major-league record for walks by a rookie in a season. He had shared the record with Cleveland's Les Fleming (1942). Judge then homered as part of the six-run fourth inning to give him 40 for the season. He's the second rookie to have at least 40 homers in a season, joining Mark McGwire who hit 49 in 1987 with Oakland. Judge wasn't done as he hit another homer in the sixth inning. He also became just the fifth New York player to hit at last 40 homers in a season by age 25, joining Mickey Mantle, Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig and Joe DiMaggio. "Pretty surreal," Judge said. "Never as a kid did I think that I would be in the same sentence with those guys. It's quite an honor. It's pretty humbling."

OF Aaron Judge drew his 106th walk of the season in the second inning. That walk allowed Judge to tie Cleveland's Les Fleming for the major-league record for walks by a rookie. Fleming drew 106 walks in 1942.

RF Aaron Judge hadn't seen much to hit in this series, a big reason he drew five walks, including one on Thursday. He finally got a good pitch to hit in the first against RHP Kevin Gausman, and sent it over the fence in center, giving New York a 3-0 lead. RF Aaron Judge ended the longest homerless drought of his career Sunday when he hit his first homer since Aug. 16 in the sixth inning off RHP Addison Reed. It was his first homer in 57 at-bats since he reached the upper deck in left field at Citi Field against New York Mets RHP Robert Gsellman.

RF Aaron Judge batted sixth for the 10th time this season and was 0-for-2 with two walks and a run scored. The first nine times were in the opening six weeks of the season as Thursday was the instance since May 12. Judge was on the field doing early batting practice for about a half hour, taking swings off a tee and hitting line drives off underhand tosses from hitting coach Alan Cockrell. As for his shoulder, Judge said he was not getting cortisone shots for the moment: "We've considered a lot of options," Judge said. "But (I've) just been basically icing it, and doing whatever treatment we can to keep it healthy."

RF Aaron Judge did not start in the opener of Wednesday's doubleheader but played in the second game and went 1-for-3 after striking out to end the first game. Before the first game, Judge said his shoulder is feeling better. Manager Joe Girardi said he did not think the shoulder is a bigger issue than Judge let on. Judge also said getting cortisone shots in his shoulder is an option, but it has only been discussed. "Nothing yet," Judge said. "I've just been icing and just trying to take care of it, trying to maintain. ... There's been discussions. Right now, a little RICE -- whatever that is, rest, ice, compression, elevation. Just trying to take care of it."
