It could be a short stay for Martin, as the Nationals will have to make a roster move after they announced Lucas Giolito will be called up to start Tuesday against the New York Mets. Martin made his big league debut last year with the Nationals and was 1-3 with a 4.40 ERA out of the bullpen for Syracuse.-
