Tue Mar 24 201511:55Terdoslavich has sore left wrist from fall in Sunday's game
Terdoslavich has a sore left wrist from his fall in Sunday's game, but is expected to play Thursday, the Atlanta Journal Constitution's David O'Brien reports.
Wrist injuries are always concerning for hitters, but it does not sound like Terdoslavich will be sidelined long. He is competing for a spot on the Braves' bench, and should therefore go undrafted in most formats.

Terdoslavich doubled in the seventh inning of Thursday's win over the Marlins, giving him a team-high seven extra-base hits (all doubles) for the spring.
The 26-year-old also tied with Freddie Freeman for the team lead in RBI with seven, though he also leads the club with 11 strikeouts in 33 at-bats. While Terdoslavich posted an above-average 10.7% walk rate and hit 15 homers in 136 games at Triple-A last season, he saw a mere 11 plate appearances after rosters expanded in September. He may not see many opportunities, even if he keeps this up and beats out the likes of Kelly Johnson, Zoilo Almonte, Eury Perez and Todd Cunningham for a bench spot.
Mon Sep 1 201417:15Terdoslavich recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Monday
Terdoslavich was recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Monday.
The switch-hitting utilityman took a significant step back at Gwinnett this season, posting an OPS more than 200 points below where it was in 2013 (from .926 to .722). He did manage to hit 15 homers, but his opportunities figure to be limited upon his return to the big club, and Terdoslavich's long-term upside may be that of a Quad-A player.
Sat May 10 201410:59Braves OF prospect Terdoslavich doubles twice
Braves outfield prospect Joey Terdoslavich went 2-for-4 with two doubles and one (intentional) walk on Friday for Triple-A Gwinnett.
Terdoslavich rivals Joc Pederson as the most blocked prospects in the minor leagues, as he is behind Freddie Freeman at first base, and Justin Upton, Jason Heyward, and Evan Gattis as corner outfielders on the depth chart. However, Terdoslavich keeps hitting, putting up a solid .320/.374/.461 in the third consecutive season in which he has spent time in Gwinnett. He hit .215/.315/.266 as a reserve in the majors this season, so it is unlikely he could be a big trade piece.

Sun Apr 27 201411:50Braves OF prospect Terdoslavich hot start
Braves OF prospect Joey Terdoslavich went 3-for-5 with a double for Triple-A Gwinnett on Saturday.
The switch-hitting Terdoslavich has put up solid, though never spectacular, batting lines ever since his breakout 2011 season. He can play a solid first base and corner outfield, and can fill in at third base. However, the Braves strengths are at first base and outfield corners, so he will remain little more than trade bait and a back-up in the event of multiple injuries.

Mon Mar 24 201413:49Braves option Terdoslavich to AAA Gwinnett
Braves optioned OF Joey Terdoslavich to Triple-A Gwinnett.
Terdoslavich hit just .158/.289/.263 in 45 plate appearances this spring in the Grapefruit League. He never had a legit shot at an Opening Day roster spot.

Fri Mar 14 201416:18Joey Terdoslavich homers, knocks in three
Joey Terdoslavich had a homer and a two-run single to lead the Braves to a 6-1 win over the Rays on Friday.
Terdoslavich was 2-for-24 this spring before his nice game today. He spent the final three months of last season in the majors with the Braves, but he's expected to return to Triple-A to play regularly at the beginning of this season.

Mon Feb 24 201419:43Terdoslavich getting some work at catcher
Joey Terdoslavich has been working out some at catcher this spring.
Terdoslavich has never played the position as a pro and likely would only be used there in an emergency situation. Given that the Braves will carry three catchers on their Opening Day roster, the likelihood of Terdoslavich seeing time behind the plate this year is slim.
