Fresh from a 50-game PED suspension, New York Mets outfield prospect Cesar Puello has been assigned to the AAA Las Vegas 51s.
Puello's breakout season was cut short due to the Biogenesis suspension in early August, leaving many questions about his .326/.403/.547 slash line. If Puello hits in the hitter-friendly Pacific Coast League, he could see some time in Queens during 2014.
