DETROIT (AP) — Nicholas Castellanos is out of the starting lineup for the Detroit Tigers for Sunday's game against Seattle after he injured a finger on his left hand Saturday.Niko Goodrum is set to start in Castellanos' spot in right field, and third baseman Jeimer Candelario isn't starting either because of a sore wrist. Pete Kozma is in the lineup at third.Castellanos was hit by a pitch in the first inning of the second game of Saturday's doubleheader , and he left soon after that.
