Given this information, it's reasonable to believe that Yastrzemski will be back in the lineup for Thursday's series finale against the D-backs.

His underlying power metrics are also down this year, most notably with his xSLG down from .488 last year to .420 this year. He might be turning a corner as July was the first month this year in which he topped four home runs. However, it doesn't look like he'll be returning similar production to his 2020 self this year.
