Woodyard (ankle) is considered probable for Sunday's game against Cincinnati, Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean reports.

Fri Jul 4 201413:51Woodyard 'penciled in' as starting ILB
Wesley Woodyard is "penciled in" as a starting inside linebacker in the Titans' new 3-4 defense.
Zach Brown, Moise Fokou, Colin McCarthy, and Zaviar Gooden are vying for the other ILB job. Woodyard measured 6-foot, 227 coming out of Kentucky, and the Titans lack a true hold-the-point nose tackle to keep offensive linemen from entering the second level. Tennessee's run defense will be worth targeting in fantasy matchups this year. They are undermanned in most front-seven areas.

Fri Mar 14 201410:42Titans land LB Woodyard on 4-year, $16M pact
Titans signed LB Wesley Woodyard to a four-year, $16 million contract.
Although Woodyard lost his starting job to Paris Lenon down the stretch last season following a nasty stinger, he is a swiss-army-knife linebacker with exceptional versatility and special teams impact. He adds more speed to an already highly athletic Tennessee linebacker corps. Woodyard seems unlikely to start in Nashville, but could wind up playing 50-plus percent of the defensive snaps as a nickel 'backer. He'll also run down kickoffs and punts.
