Regis signed with the Panthers on Saturday.

The Panthers went ahead and called up Regis, an undrafted rookie out of Miami, from the practice squad for depth with Star Lotulelei (ankle, doubtful) expected to miss his second straight game. Running back Chris Ogbonnaya was waived in a corresponding move.
