The Broncos reinstated Wolfe from the suspended list Saturday, Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reports.

Wolfe will be suspended for the first four games of the season for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.
A 16-game starter in two of his first three seasons, Wolfe has 11.5 sacks and 91 tackles in 43 career games. Antonio Smith and Vance Walker are the leading candidates to take on Wolfe's snaps for the first four weeks of the season. It shouldn't be too big of a loss for the Broncos, and the situation isn't worth monitoring for IDP purposes.
Mon Jun 2 201415:18Derek Wolfe bulks up to 290 pounds
Broncos LE Derek Wolfe has bulked up to 290 pounds after dipping below 260 last season while recovering from seizures.
Wolfe's second NFL season was ended by the seizure scare last November. Wolfe has 10 sacks through 27 games, but will have to fend off Malik Jackson for starting snaps this year. The Broncos are as deep as any team in the league up front with DeMarcus Ware, Quanterus Smith, and a healthy Wolfe joining Von Miller, Jackson, Terrance Knighton, Sylvester Williams, and Kevin Vickerson.

Sun Apr 27 201411:22Derek Wolfe feels as good as he's ever felt
Broncos LE Derek Wolfe (seizure) said he feels "better than I've ever felt."
"In my whole life I've never felt this good," Wolfe said. "It just shows I needed that rest. The body needed to heal. I have no pain in my neck. No doubt in my mind that I'm going to be better than I ever was." Wolfe looked like J.J. Watt 2.0 as a rookie in 2012 before falling off a bit in 2013. He should enter the season as the starting left end opposite DeMarcus Ware on the right side.

Sun Mar 2 201414:31Derek Wolfe declares self fully healthy
Broncos LE Derek Wolfe declared himself fully recovered from last November's seizure, which ended Wolfe's second NFL season prematurely.
The seizure was brought on by a spinal cord bruise. Wolfe wound up losing 30 pounds, but has since regained 20 and is back near his playing weight of 285-290. "I'm ready to go. I'm going to be better than I was," he said. Wolfe had an outstanding rookie season before taking a step back when healthy as a sophomore. He's likely to enter 2014 as Denver's starting left defensive end.

Wed Feb 26 201417:52Derek Wolfe explains seizure-like symptoms
Broncos LE Derek Wolfe says, in hindsight, he tried to return too quickly from his preseason spinal-cord injury, which caused his nervous system to shut down in November.
Wolfe had to be removed from the team bus ahead of a Week 13 trip to Kansas City after he suffered seizure-like symptoms. He didn't play another down afterward and was placed on I.R. during the playoffs. "My nervous system started shutting down," Wolfe said. "Terrance Knighton started yelling, 'Stop the bus. Stop the bus.'" It's a scary situation, but Wolfe insists he's feeling much better. The Broncos will be cautious with Wolfe, whose status is up in the air for OTAs.

Wolfe hasn't made enough progress from seizure-like symptoms to be cleared for football action. The Broncos have also struggled at linebacker.

Wolfe practiced Wednesday for the first time since suffering seizure-like symptoms on a team bus ride back on Nov. 29. He's not expected to play against the Raiders Sunday, but he does have a chance to contribute when the Broncos open their playoff run. The Broncos could certainly use him in the wake of Von Miller's ACL tear as Wolfe has four sacks in 11 games on the year.

Broncos LE Derek Wolfe (cervical strain) will "probably" be ready for Week 1.
"Looked a lot worse than it was," Wolfe said Thursday. "It ended up just being a cervical strain, which is scary, but I'm just happy I can be back on the field." Wolfe is done for the preseason, but barring a setback, he'll be ready to roll for the opener. It's good news for a Broncos team that can ill afford any more hits to its front seven.

Sun Aug 18 201300:11Broncos LE Wolfe passes 'battery of tests'
Broncos LE Derek Wolfe (neck) passed a "battery of tests" after departing Saturday's game against the Seahawks, and may join the team for its flight back to Denver.
It's remarkably good news after Wolfe had to be immobilized and loaded into an ambulance on the field. He was evaluated for a "cervical spine injury," which could have potentially been career-ending. As it is, there's now an outside chance Wolfe could be ready for next Saturday's preseason game against the Rams. We highly doubt that will be the case, but it appears the pass-rushing deficient Broncos have dodged a major bullet.
