Wolff (knee) is no lock to make the final roster, according to CSN Philadelphia's Geoff Mosher.
Wolff had knee surgery in November and missed offseason practices, after recording just seven tackles in seven games last year. Walter Thurmond has emerged as the clear favorite to start next to Malcolm Jenkins at safety, leaving Wolff to compete with a group that includes Chris Maragos and Chris Prosinki for what will likely be two or three roster spots.

Despite being cleared by Dr. James Andrews a few weeks ago, Wolff (knee) has not been able to participate in offseason practices, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Eagles head coach Chip Kelly recently praised Walter Thurmond, a converted cornerback who has been lining up as a first-team safety in Wolff's absence. Wolff still figures to get a chance to compete for the starting job during training camp, but it seems Thurmond has jumped out to an early lead. Wolff underwent knee surgery in November.

Wolff was a full participant in practice on Thursday and Friday after sitting out Wednesday's session, putting him on track to return after missing five of the last six games. The Eagles will have to roll with Pat Chung for more snaps than they want to in this week's winner take all game at Dallas. Kyle Orton has an excellent chance of moving the football.

Fifth-round S Earl Wolff has been seeing increased reps with the Eagles' first-team defense.
Wolff started running with the ones earlier this week, and he was back with the starters again Saturday. The Eagles are looking for someone to step up next to Pat Chung, and they're giving Wolff an opportunity.
