Hageman (concussion) was cleared to return to practice Tuesday, ESPN.com's Vaughn McClure reports.

Hageman is out with a concussion for Friday's preseason game against the Jets, ESPN.com reports.
The 2014 second-round draft pick for the Falcons suffered what head coach Dan Quinn referred to as a "face/neck injury" during Tuesday's practice. Hageman is undergoing standard league concussion testing, which will keep him out for around a week. "Hopefully, we'll get him back out shortly. He's doing well", Quinn said. Jonathan Babineaux will start in Hageman's place Friday night.

Hageman tallied 12 tackles and a sack in 16 games during his rookie season.
The Falcons drafted Hageman in the second round in 2014 and clearly see him as a future defensive anchor, but for now he's still working his way into the lineup on a rotational basis. The Falcons are pretty set at defensive tackle, but Hageman will try to earn a larger role as he grows more accustomed to the pro game.

Hageman (wrist) avoided suffering any fractures stemming from a fight during Sunday's practice, ESPN reports.
Hageman was feared to have suffered a hairline fracture in his wrist following a training camp scuffle with a teammate, but thankfully escaped the incident unscathed. A precautionary x-ray revealed no serious damage, which will allow Hageman to resume full participation in practice. While the rookie second-rounder isn't expected to start right away, he still figures to see significant playing time behind defensive tackle Paul Soilai, something a foolish injury setback could have prevented in the early going.
Sun Aug 3 201423:18Ra'Shede Hageman: Wrist No Longer Thought To Be Broken
Hageman (wrist/hand) is not believed to have suffered any broken bones, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.
The initial reports indicated that Hageman suffered a hairline fracture in his wrist, but that no longer appears to be the case. The rookie second-round draft pick left Sunday's practice and did not return, after hurting his hand/wrist while fighting a teammate.
Sun Aug 3 201420:05Ra'Shede Hageman: Likely Fractured Wrist
Hageman is believed to have suffered a hairline fracture in his wrist, ESPN.com reports.
Hageman reportedly hurt his wrist while fighting a teammate, reminding everyone involved that it's a bad idea to punch an NFL helmet. While not necessarily expected to start, the second-round rookie at least figures to have a role in the defensive-line rotation.
Tue Jul 15 201411:32Falcons have 'huge expectations' for Hageman
The Falcons have "huge expectations" for second-round DE Ra'Shede Hageman.
The 6-foot-6, 318-pound Hageman reportedly had an impressive spring, showing off his strength. Tyson Jackson is likely locked in as one of the starting defensive ends, especially on running downs, while Hageman competes with Jonathan Babineaux and dark horse Malliciah Goodman on the other side. Hageman should at least carve out a role on passing downs in year one.

Wed May 21 201416:09Falcons ink second-round DE Hageman
Falcons signed second-round DE Ra'Shede Hageman to a four-year contract.
Hageman, the 37th overall pick, has been lining up at left end in rookie practices early on. In the Falcons' transition to a 3-4, we'd expect Hageman to compete with Tyson Jackson and Jonathan Babineaux for the two starting jobs. Hageman should at least have a role on passing downs right out of the chute.
