Hageman (concussion) was cleared to return to practice Tuesday, ESPN.com's Vaughn McClure reports.

Hageman, the Falcons' 2014 second-round draft pick, suffered a relatively minor concussion during Friday's preseason game against the Jets. He's expected to have a starting job this season, but he probably won't emerge as an IDP option.

The Falcons are pretty set at defensive tackle, but Hageman will try to earn a larger role as he grows more accustomed to the pro game.

Hageman (wrist) avoided suffering any fractures stemming from a fight during Sunday's practice, ESPN reports.
