Dante Bichette and Todd Helton lead with nine. The walk-off RBI was Arenado's third of the season and second of the series. His three walk-off RBI tie a Rockies single-season franchise record. Bichette in 1996 and Jeff Cirillo in 2001 had three walk-off RBIs. Arenado is the fifth Rockies player to draw a walk-off walk. The last was Jamey Carroll on May 5, 2006, against Houston.

3B Nolan Arenado was named National League Player of the Month for July after hitting .389 (35-for-90) with six doubles, one triple, eight homers and 30 RBIs. Arenado also had a .744 slugging percentage and a 1.167 OPS. It the second Player of the Month award for Arenado, who won it in September 2015, and the second player of the month honor this season for the Rockies. CF Charlie Blackmon was the May honoree.

3B Nolan Arenado closed out his torrid July with 30 RBIs, including two in the opener of Sunday's doubleheader against Washington. Only two other Rockies (Dante Bichette with 35 in 1995 and Preston Wilson with 34 in 2003) have driven in 30 runs in July.

3B Nolan Arenado was named NL Player of the Week on Monday after a monstrous week, batting .458 with four homers and 13 RBIs in five games. Included in that outburst was a three-homer performance Wednesday against San Diego, the highlight of a huge July that's seen Arenado hit .412 with seven homers and 25 RBIs. Arenado became the 12th player in franchise history to belt three homers in a game.

Arenado left in the fifth inning Friday, when he slipped and fell on his hip while rounding first base in the first inning. Manager Bud Black termed the early exit precautionary and said Saturday that Arenado felt fine. Arenado is batting .304 with 17 home runs and a team-high 70 RBIs in 91 games this season.

3B Nolan Arenado (hip) was lifted for precautionary reasons in the fifth inning Friday, when the Rockies lost to the Mets, 14-2. Arenado slipped rounding first base in the first inning as he tried to take second on a throwing error by Mets RHP Jacob deGrom. Trainers briefly visited Arenado, who remained in the game and finished 1-for-2 before being pulled in a double switch. Manager Bud Black said he was just trying to be safe with Arenado on a damp night in which temperatures dropped into the 60s. Arenado is batting .302 with 17 homers and 70 RBIs in 90 games this season.

Boston Red Sox left-hander Chris Sale and Washington Nationals right-hander Max Scherzer were named the starting pitchers for Tuesday night's 88th All-Star Game at Marlins Park in Miami. Sale will become the first pitcher to make consecutive All-Star starts representing different teams. He started for the American League last season while with the Chicago White Sox.The 28-year-old Sale also becomes the first pitcher to be named his league's starting pitcher in consecutive years since 2000-01 when Arizona's Randy Johnson did so for the National League. Arenado hit his 16th homer and his first since his three-run walk-off homer completed the cycle June 18. Arenado's streak of 15 games without a home run was his longest since a 19-game homerless streak from June 29-July 25, 2015.
