Blazers to sign center Steven Hill

The Trail Blazers intend to sign center Steven Hill to a training camp contract, and he should be available to play on Monday.

Hill gives Portland the semblance of a legitimate frontcourt, while Joel Przybilla eases his way back into action and Marcus Camby rehabs.
