Shved played three minutes in his Knick debut on Sunday. He missed a 3-point attempt in the loss to Cleveland.

Shved has been on the 76ers, Rockets, and Knicks this year and has failed to produce. He could still work his way into the backcourt rotation for New York, so he is worth monitoring.

Shved was traded to the Knicks on Thursday, Sam Amick of USA Today reports.

New York sent Pablo Prigioni and two future second-rounders to the Rockets for Shved, who began the season with Philadelphia. Since coming to Houston, he's only played in nine games, but he steps into a more favorable situation with the Knicks - at least from a playing time perspective - so how Derek Fisher opts to use him is certainly something to keep an eye on.

Shved has been getting to the free throw line more often this season (3.4 attempts per game), resulting in a 9.9 points per game average in 16.8 minutes.
