Fri Jan 13 202310:58Jrue Holiday Leads Bucks With Double-Double In Loss
Milwaukee Bucks guard Jrue Holiday delivered all that he could as the team was without Giannis Antetokounmpo and they suffered a six-point loss to the Miami Heat on Thursday. The 32-year-old out of UCLA registered 24 points, 11 assists, six rebounds, and one block while shooting 70% from the floor on 10 attempts and 3-for-4 from deep. The team didn't have their top two options on the court so the offense had to run through Holiday and he did a great job getting his own scoring going while getting some teammates involved, but they lacked serious firepower.

Wed Jan 4 202315:29Jrue Holiday Sits Out Wednesday's Game
Milwaukee Bucks point guard Jrue Holiday (conditioning) won't play Wednesday against Toronto. He returned to action Tuesday against Washington, but Holiday has been battling an illness and the team doesn't want to push him too hard. Holiday also played just 19 minutes in Wednesday's game and came off the bench. Jevon Carter should continue to start and backcourt reserves like MarJon Beauchamp and Pat Connaughton have a chance to play extended minutes. All three have had their moments during the course of the season, but Connaughton seems like the safest bet for fantasy managers Wednesday.

Tue Dec 6 202207:46Jrue Holiday Falls Just Short Of A Triple-Double
Milwaukee Bucks point guard Jrue Holiday was very close to a triple-double on Monday, finishing a 109-102 victory over the Magic with 17 points, eight rebounds and 10 assists. He had a pair of steals as well while shooting 5-for-12 from the floor with a 1-for-6 record from deep. These were very good 35 minutes from him, although Holiday struggled to take care of the ball at times, posting six turnovers. Holiday is having another fine season with averages of 18.3 points, 5.2 rebounds and 7.5 assists. These are all his career-best numbers in Milwaukee, so fantasy managers should forgive him for his slight drop in shooting efficiency.

Milwaukee Bucks guard Jrue Holiday (ankle) won't play against the Spurs. Holiday and Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) didn't suit up on Wednesday versus OKC, opening the door for Jevon Carter to finish with a team-high 36 points. Carter should be a popular fantasy option on Friday night, as he is expected to continue to benefit offensively without Holiday and Antetokounmpo in the lineup. Grayson Allen, Brook Lopez, Bobby Portis, and MarJon Beauchamp should also be able to produce above-average numbers.

Wed Nov 9 202214:44Jrue Holiday Out Wednesday

Tue Nov 8 202221:43Jrue Holiday Doubtful To Play Wednesday
Milwaukee Bucks guard Jrue Holiday (ankle) is listed as doubtful to play Wednesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Holiday is coming off a sloppy performance with eight turnovers on Monday, but was able to play 29 minutes. Holiday likely suffered the injury at some point during the game and it swelled up afterwards. With Holiday likely out, George Hill and Wesley Matthews would see increased minutes. Both can be viewed as three-point streamers, but they offer little upside outside of threes.

Sun Oct 2 202215:30Jrue Holiday Gets Some Preseason Work On Saturday
Milwaukee Bucks guard Jrue Holiday saw 15 minutes of action during the preseason loss to Memphis on Saturday. He finished with five points, going 2-for-6 from the field and 1-for-2 from deep while adding three rebounds, three assists, and a steal. The veteran remains a highly coveted fantasy option heading into the 2022-23 campaign. While he is a capable producer all around, he can sometimes struggle from deep. His inability to remain healthy from year to year also negatively impacts his value.

Sun May 15 202219:28Jrue Holiday Unable Lift Bucks To Eastern Conference Finals
Milwaukee Bucks guard Jrue Holiday scored 21 points during the loss to the Boston Celtics on Sunday. As been the norm throughout the series, the veteran had a rough time making a basket by going 9-for-21 from the field while missing all six of his attempts from deep. However, the 21-year-old finished the regular season by averaging 18.3 points, proving he can still get it going offensively, albeit not consistently. Nonetheless, while Holiday's percentages historically haven't been the most efficient, his defensive capabilities should continue to make up for his shortcomings, which will balance things out for category managers heading into the 2022-23 campaign.
