Ennis made his first career start Saturday, scoring seven points (3-14 FG, 1-5 3Pt) with four rebounds, 11 assists and two steals in 36 minutes.
With both Michael Carter-Williams (ankle) and Jerryd Bayless (ankle) out, Ennis was thrust into the starting lineup and wasn't disappointing. His shot needs work, but he contributed well in key point guard stats. In his last four games, he's averaged 4.8 assists in just 18 minutes, so if you need a bump in assists, Ennis may be worth a look, especially if MCW remains out.

The current injury to Michael Carter-Williams (toe) allowed some playing time to open up for Ennis on Friday. When it's all said and done the 18 minutes that Ennis played against the Nuggets may be the high-end in what to expect from him for the remainder of the season as he's currently the third option at point guard in Milwaukee when all players are healthy.

Ennis is dealing with a minor knee injury and will be held out after returning from the D-League on Saturday. With Shawne Williams and Dwyane Wade also out, Miami will be shorthanded on the wing, meaning Tyler Johnson should see increased minutes off the bench.

During his recent two-game stint with the Jam, Ennis averaged 14.5 points (on 39 percent shooting), six assists, four rebounds, 1.5 steals, and one three-pointer in 33 minutes. With so much depth in the backcourt it's not too surprising to see Phoenix make this move. Ennis is not likely to have any value this year so owners can keep him off of their radars, barring any drastic changes.

Ennis scored zero points (0-2 FG), to go along with one assist in 4 minutes.
I'll just go ahead and say it, this was garbage time. But it was Ennis' first game after coming up from the D-League so he deserved to be mentioned. He's still raw and is a project the Suns are working on, therefore he's not really a candidate for any fantasy teams this season.

The first-round pick out of Syracuse hasn't carved out a role in the guard-heavy Phoenix rotation, and he'll head to Bakersfield, where he'll be able to see big minutes on a nightly basis. Ennis has appeared in only two games this season, logging 13 minutes in the Suns' opening night romp of the Lakers and five minutes in a blowout loss to the Jazz on Nov. 1.
Sat Jul 12 201422:31Tyler Ennis looks flat vs. GSW
Tyler Ennis didn't help himself vs. the Warriors on Saturday with seven points, four rebounds, one assist, three steals, one turnover and three fouls in 23 minutes.
Even the sub-par stat line doesn't tell the story. Ennis really couldn't use his left hand at all today and just never really got into a rhythm. He's going to be extremely expendable with the Suns having a three-headed monster at point guard.
