Mon Jan 2921:36Duncan Robinson Won't Return To Monday's Game
Miami Heat guard Duncan Robinson (illness) won't return to Monday's game against the Phoenix Suns. Robinson was only able to play in four minutes of action before being forced to exit due to an illness. The expectation is that this is a minor issue and that Robinson will be able to play on Wednesday. In the meantime, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Josh Richardson, and Caleb Martin should all see expanded roles in the rotation. Between the trio, Jaquez is the best streaming choice if Robinson is forced to miss more time.

Fri Jan 1913:46Duncan Robinson Questionable Friday With Ankle Sprain
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson (ankle) was a late addition to the injury report on Friday, and he is listed as questionable with a right ankle sprain. The 29-year-old has been consistently in the Heat rotation all season, getting minutes ranging from 20-30 minutes regularly. Robinson has started 17 games this season and remains a key part of the team even when coming off the bench. Being added to the injury report late is never a good sign, and Caleb Martin and Josh Richardson would likely take the sharpshooter's place in the rotation off the bench if he cannot go.

Thu Dec 28 202318:59Duncan Robinson Active Thursday
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson (ankle) will be available for Thursday's tilt against the Golden State Warriors. Miami will be relieved to have Robinson dressed for Thursday's battle despite his sprained left ankle, as they will be without Jimmy Butler (calf) and Kyle Lowry (soreness). After falling out of head coach Erik Spoelstra's favor at times in 2022-23, Robinson has been forced to play a far more prominent role this year in South Beach. A banged-up Heat roster has allowed the 29-year-old catch-and-shoot extraordinaire to accumulate 15.1 points, 3.2 three-pointers, and 3.1 assists per night, but Robinson's fantasy appeal is still restricted to points and triples. Robinson will be relied on as the team's premier floor stretcher alongside Tyler Herro against the Warriors, and he remains worth streaming until Miami gets back to full strength.

Mon Dec 11 202319:02Caleb Martin, Duncan Robinson Will Play Against Hornets
Miami Heat forwards Caleb Martin (shoulder) and Duncan Robinson (groin) have been upgraded on Monday night and will play against the Charlotte Hornets. Neither one of them have missed a contest in a while but they continue to pop up on the injury report just like most of the Heat's roster. They should remain in the starting five and have a chance to put up some big stat lines against a Hornets team that isn't exactly known for their defense, especially while Mark Williams (back) is out.

Fri Dec 8 202310:22Duncan Robinson Listed As Probable On Friday
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson (groin) is expected to play on Friday as he was listed as probable against the Cleveland Cavaliers. It seems as though the left groin strain that he's dealing with isn't limiting him too much as he's been able to play in the team's last four games. He also has been starting and receiving some big minutes in that span. He'll remain in the starting five while the team deals with a handful of injuries and Robinson should continue to be a good source of threes and points.

Sat Dec 2 202319:16Duncan Robinson Available On Saturday
Miami Heat guard Duncan Robinson (thumb) is available on Saturday night versus the Pacers. No surprise here, considering the sharpshooter has appeared in the last two games while battling a thumb sprain. That said, with Bam Adebayo (hip) sidelined for this one, Robinson could see a significant bump on the scoring end, giving him some value in all fantasy setups, regardless of size.

Mon Nov 27 202323:19Duncan Robinson Expected To Return On Tuesday
Miami Heat guard Duncan Robinson (thumb) is expected to return from a two-game absence for Tuesday's meeting with the Bucks. The 29-year-old has had a quality season, averaging a career-high 14.5 points while shooting 43.0% from behind the arc. If Robinson is available, he's a serviceable fantasy option, especially for category managers. At the same time, his ceiling will rise even more if Jimmy Butler (ankle), who is questionable, misses another game.

Fri Nov 24 202316:09Duncan Robinson Downgraded To Out Against Knicks
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson (thumb) was downgraded from questionable to out on Friday against the New York Knicks. The sixth-year sharpshooter will miss his first game of the season, which means either Jaime Jaquez Jr. or Josh Richardson will move into the starting lineup. The other will still see some added opportunities from the bench and Caleb Martin would likely see some added time as well. All three would be good streaming options in a pinch.

Fri Nov 24 202310:32Duncan Robinson Tagged As Questionable On Friday
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson (thumb) has been tagged as questionable for the team's Friday night game against the New York Knicks due to a right thumb sprain. The 29-year-old has been enjoying a bounce-back season so far after a disappointing showing last year where he was benched for long stretches at a time. If he's unable to suit up, Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Josh Richardson should both see some added opportunities. Both of them have seen minutes in the mid-20s off of the bench, so one should move up into the starting five in this case.

Mon Nov 6 202308:57Duncan Robinson Considered Probable For Monday
Miami Heat guard/forward Duncan Robinson (wrist) has been listed as probable for Monday's contest against the Lakers. He's yet to miss any action in 2023-24 but has landed on the injury report with a right wrist sprain. Playing basketball with a sprained wrist is far from an ideal situation, but Robinson currently appears to be trending toward being in the lineup. It's good news for the Heat, who have already had a number of absentees just a few games into the season, and it's resulted in Robinson playing a big part in the rotation. The 29-year-old sharpshooter has averaged close to 25 minutes off the bench, scoring 11.7 points per game. Robinson tends to be inconsistent with his scoring, but Monday's matchup looks a good one for him on paper, as the Lakers have struggled to guard the three-point line in 2023-24.

Sat Oct 28 202315:57Duncan Robinson Available Against Minnesota
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson (foot) is available on Saturday night against Minnesota. The 29-year-old has battled a sprained foot, although he hasn't missed a game, averaging 12.0 points while shooting an impressive 54.5% from deep. With Max Strus and Gabe Vincent no longer on the roster, Robinson could regain a consistent role in the rotation. But as far as Saturday's game is concerned, the Heat won't have Jimmy Butler (rest), Kevin Love (shoulder), Caleb Martin (knee), and Josh Richardson (heel), meaning Robinson could exceed expectations in a big way.

Fri Oct 27 202309:49Duncan Robinson Likely To Suit Up On Friday
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson (foot) is reportedly dealing with a left foot sprain but the team officially has him listed as probable for their Friday night game against the Boston Celtics. Robinson played a big part in the offense in the team's first win against the Detroit Pistons as he knocked down three shots from deep en route to 15 points. With Josh Richardson (foot) still out, Robinson will likely keep getting minutes off of the bench with a combination of Caleb Martin and Jaime Jaquez Jr. to fill the void while giving Kyle Lowry and Kevin Love some breaks.

Fri Oct 13 202323:39Duncan Robinson Scores 14 Points In Preseason Play
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson finished with 14 points in Friday's preseason loss to San Antonio. He went 4-for-9 from the field and 3-for-8 from deep, adding five assists and a steal. Robinson signed a five-year, $90 million extension in August 2021 to remain in Miami. However, the 29-year-old averaged only 6.4 points and shot 32.8% from behind the arc in 42 games last season, although he had flashes of productivity during the postseason. Nonetheless, with Gabe Vincent and Max Strus no longer on the roster, Robinson could work his way back into the rotation. But unless he proves he will get consistent minutes for the Heat in 2023-24, he won't do much for fantasy managers. That said, Robinson is still worth monitoring as the season progresses.

Sun Oct 1 202322:14Heat Tried To Move Duncan Robinson
According to Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, the Heat tried to trade forward Duncan Robinson over the summer. However, it never happened, even more so since Miami was unsuccessful in landing All-Star Damian Lillard from the Blazers. The 29-year-old was once a productive option for the Heat. But his statistical output plunged last season, averaging only 6.4 points and 32.8% shooting in 42 games. Robinson still has years left on the $90 million extension he signed back in August 2021. Yet, there aren't many teams looking to take on a salary of that magnitude, especially for a player who doesn't offer much beyond three-point shooting. At any rate, Robinson isn't expected to see routine minutes for Miami during the 2023-24 campaign. On the other hand, he was decent last postseason, so that could change. That said, until Robinson's workload increases, he won't draw much interest in any fantasy format.

Sun May 28 202310:57Duncan Robinson Has 13 Points In Game 6 Against Boston
Miami Heat guard/forward Duncan Robinson played a big role off the bench in Saturday's Game 6 loss to Boston, scoring 13 points on 5-for-11 shooting. He was 3-for-6 with the three-ball and bagged a pair of assists with one rebound in 20 minutes. Unfortunately for the Heat, Robinson couldn't hit from deep when the team needed it the most, as the 29-year-old sniper had a pair of open looks late in the game. Robinson has averaged 11.7 points in the Eastern Conference Finals, and he's also impressed with his playmaking, dishing out nearly three assists per contest.

Fri May 26 202312:05Duncan Robinson Leads The Heat In Scoring
Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson led the team in scoring on Thursday night, which usually doesn't equate to a good outcome. The 29-year-old ended the game with 18 points on 7-for-10 shooting and 2-for-3 from deep while adding four rebounds and nine assists across 28 minutes off of the bench. Not too long ago, Robinson fell out of the rotation, but he's found himself in a very important role during the Eastern Conference Finals. Robinson's shooting has been key, but the rest of the team will need to pick up the slack to finish this series out.

Mon May 22 202309:51Duncan Robinson Sets Heat Record For Most Playoff Threes
Miami Heat guard/forward Duncan Robinson had a historic outing in Sunday's Game 3 victory over Boston, becoming the franchise's all-time leader in made three-pointers in playoff action. He went 5-for-7 from deep during a 22-point performance, moving to the top of the list with 124 treys. LeBron James was the previous record holder with 123 made three-pointers in 87 playoff games. Robinson played in his 52nd playoff game for the Heat Sunday, so he's averaging well above two triples per contest in the postseason. The 29-year-old sniper also had a couple of outstanding passes Sunday, finishing with four assists. He shot 7-for-11 overall and capped off his line with two rebounds in 23 minutes. Robinson played just seven minutes and went scoreless in Game 1, but he has since then hit eight treys en route to 37 points.

Sat May 20 202311:08Duncan Robinson Bounces Back Friday Night
Miami Heat guard/forward Duncan Robinson netted 15 points off the bench in Friday's Game 2 win over Boston. After finishing Game 1 scoreless, Robinson again had a rough start and missed both of his first two shots, but he improved as the game went on and was eventually the second-highest scoring bench player in the contest. Robinson finished with 6-for-9 shooting and was 3-for-6 with the three-ball. His performances have been very inconsistent throughout the playoffs, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him completely falling off the map in Sunday's Game 3, but Robinson's three-point shooting is a great weapon for Miami.

Wed Feb 15 202318:16Duncan Robinson Will Play Wednesday
Miami Heat guard/forward Duncan Robinson (finger) is available to play Wednesday versus the Brooklyn Nets. Robinson has not played since going through surgery on his finger in early January. Robinson should slide right into a solid bench role with Kyle Lowry (knee), Tyler Herro (knee) and Victor Oladipo (ankle) all out. Max Strus may see a hit in minutes with Robinson back as the Heat may go with the hot hand some nights.

Tue Feb 14 202321:35Duncan Robinson May Make Return Wednesday
Miami Heat guard/forward Duncan Robinson (finger) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's contest against the Brooklyn Nets. Robinson has not played since January 2nd after undergoing surgery on his finger, but has a chance to return to action now. The Heat are banged up heading into the All-Star break which would allow Robinson immediate minutes if he's available. Max Strus should take a small hit in minutes once Robinson comes back.
