Windle is 2-0 with a 1.52 ERA and a 18:10 K:BB ratio in 23.2 innings for Double-A Reading since being moved to the bullpen in July. He's cut down a bit on the free passes with the move to the pen, but still has work to do. |

GM Ruben Amaro Jr. said the move to the pen gives Windle a faster track to the majors. He was 2-5 with a 5.35 ERA and a 43:40 K:BB ratio in 70.2 innings before being shifted to the pen recently. |
