He still has great strikeout potential, and has actually struck out a batter per inning for his major league career, but he's been unlucky on batted balls and hasn't been able to carve a spot in the big-league bullpen. Todd will go work on his control in the minor leagues and is a dropper in fantasy leagues. | ||||||

He has a 2.75 ERA in 34 relief appearances with Triple-A Columbus this season, averaging 10.5 K/9 and 2.7 BB/9 in 39 1/3 innings. He figures to become a mainstay in Cleveland's bullpen before long. | ||||||
