Ford has had multiple neck/spine issues in his career and sustained another scary "stinger" on Wednesday. Although the Spurs haven't confirmed, it looks like he'll officially retire shortly. During eight seasons with the Bucks, Raptors, Pacers and Spurs, Ford averaged 11.2 points, 5.8 assists and 1.2 steals per game. |

Ford was the victim of a shot to the back from Baron Davis, and then was kicked in the head area by Tiago Splitter while laying on the ground. He was in a great deal of pain, although it's not clear at this point what he injured. But after seeing the way he needed to be helped to the locker room, we'd guess his night is over. |
