Sun Nov 10 201320:13Tomo Ohka trying comeback as knuckleballer
Patrick Newman of NPB Tracker reports that Tomo Ohka is trying to make a comeback to the Majors as a knuckleballer.
The 37-year-old right-hander last appeared in the big leagues in 2009, where he posted a troubling 5.96 ERA, 1.35 WHIP and 31/19 K/BB ratio over 71 innings with the Indians. It remains an extreme long-shot, but would certainly be entertaining to watch should he secure a minor league deal with an invitation to spring training.
