Right-hander Jacob Webb has been recalled, but he'll come out of the bullpen. Huascar Ynoa (hand) is on the verge of returning and is expected to take Muller's spot in the rotation. Fantasy managers should check and see if Ynoa is available because he was excellent before the injury.
