Colorado Rockies right-hander Jordan Sheffield (lat) started a rehab assignment and should return to the roster at some point in September, according to Thomas Harding of MLB.com. He has been on the injured list since June 5 after straining his right lat. Sheffield has had a decent rookie campaign out of the Rockies bullpen with a 3.26 ERA. However, he's only posted a 20.8 K% along with a 10.4 BB% and no saves or holds. He has almost no fantasy value in any league unless he starts pitching in high leverage situations after he returns.
