Rosa is out of options and will not make the Diamondbacks' Opening Day roster. The 26-year-old right-hander has a 3.97 ERA and a 16/15 K/BB ratio over 34 major league innings between the Royals and Diamondbacks. |

The 25-year-old right-hander has always had the potential, so don't dismiss him as a potential late-game option down the line. |
