Santos signed a minor league contract with the Nationals on Monday, William Ladson of MLB.com reports.
Santos spent 2014 in the Pirates organization, but played in only 11 games, collecting five hits in 25 at-bats. He will join the Nationals as organizational depth at catcher in 2015.
