Tue Feb 4 201423:35Manny Harris scores 19 for Lakers
Manny Harris hit 8-of-11 shots and two 3-pointers for a season-high 19 points, eight rebounds and a steal in 21 minutes off the Lakers bench on Tuesday.
We reported earlier that the Lakers weren't expected to keep Harris after his 10-day contract expires tonight, but given how well he played, along with the fact that Jodie Meeks was lost to an ankle injury, things could change. He scored a total of four points in his previous two games and could be cut by Wednesday, so there's nothing to get excited about here.

Mon Feb 3 201417:41Manny Harris not expected to be kept
Manny Harris is not expected to be kept on the Lakers after his 10-day deal expires on Tuesday.
The Lakers getting their trio of guards makes Harris a bit obsolete. He played well and even had an 18-point game back on Jan. 26. at Madison Square Garden. Harris will likely go back into the D-League and should be one of the better players down there. Some team could sign him at some point in the future.

Sun Jan 26 201418:15Manny Harris scores season-high 18 points
Manny Harris scored a season-high 18 points during Sunday's 110-103 loss at Madison Square Garden, adding two steals, one block and two 3-pointers in just 19 minutes.
He more than doubled his previous season high of seven and made the Lakers look good for signing him to a second 10-day deal today. The Lakers will have a decision on their hands after this 10-day contract runs up because they'll have to guarantee his third one for the rest of the season. Harris has some low-end value in deep leagues, but probably won't score in the teens many more times.

Sun Jan 19 201415:41Manny Harris scores seven points
Manny Harris shot 3-of-8 from the field on his 18 minutes of action on Sunday for seven points, two boards, two assists and one 3-pointer.
He still saw a nice chunk of minutes even with Nick Young back in the lineup. The Lakers had him as a ball-handler and he still really tried to push the tempo. Harris is a pure scorer and the team could keep him after his 10-day deal runs out on Jan. 26. He doesn't have much fantasy value.

The Lakers got just what they needed tonight with some backcourt help. Harris was averaging 30.2 points per game in the D-League and provided a nice little boast in pace while he was out there for LA tonight. While it would be nice to see him build some fantasy value like he did a couple years ago, Nick Young will return on Sunday.

Fri Jan 17 201414:53Manny Harris will play against the Celtics
Manny Harris is expected to play against the Celtics on Friday.
The Celtics get Rajon Rondo back tonight, but the Lakers will have Corperryale L'Adorable Harris in their rotation. Nick Young is suspended and Harris will be part of the solution to fill the void left by Young's 28.3 minutes per game. Harris has been fantastic in the D-League with 30.6 points per game in 13 outings and could be asked to score. He's played some point guard with the Cavs, but he's only an option in deep leagues.

Manny Harris started for injured Anthony Parker (sternum) in Friday's win over the Raptors, scoring four points on 1-of-8 shooting (including a three) with four rebounds, three assists, and one block in 32 minutes.
Harris didn't make the impression he would have liked to have made, but according to the most recent reports he'll get another shot on Sunday against the Nets. If he can make some headway, he'll be a guy to watch if the Cavs throw caution to the wind and run all young guys out onto the court.

Fri Apr 6 201214:37New Cavs starting backcourt: Harris and Sloan
With Anthony Parker out for the next two games, Manny Harris will start at shooting guard for the Cavs.
Harris had 11.1 points per game, 4.9 rebounds per game and 2.3 assists per game in his 15 starts last season. With Kyrie Irving (shoulder) also out for Cleveland, it's not unrealistic to see him come close to these numbers again this year if he can get close to 30 minutes per game.

Sat Mar 31 201200:33Manny Harris plays 11 minutes on Friday
Manny Harris played 11 minutes on Friday, scoring one points with one rebound against the Bucks.
Harris missed all four of his field goal attempts and the only reason he's getting a blurb is because of Kyrie Irving's shoulder injury. Harris is nowhere near worth adding right now, but he could be if a few things break his way.
