The Toronto Blue Jays announced on Wednesday that relief pitcher Rafael Dolis was designated for assignment. The move was one of a handful of transactions made by the club. Dolis appeared in 39 games for Toronto this season, pitching to a 5.63 ERA and a 4.36 FIP in 32 innings. He also struck out 39 batters while walking 27 and converted three saves.
