Former Nets C Jordan Williams has signed with Bilbao in Spain.
The 6'8" big man was a second-round pick in 2011 but he never found traction in the NBA, averaging 15 minutes per game in his lone season with the Nets.

Tue Sep 18 201208:30Washburn: Williams will be quick to find job
Celtics beat writer Gary Washburn believes Jordan Williams "will not be out of work (for) long."
Washburn is just speculating, but it would be surprising if another team wasn't willing to gamble on the big man who was just waived on Monday. He was the No. 36 pick in 2011 and is just 21 years old.

Mon Sep 17 201221:09Hawks waive F/C Jordan Williams
The Hawks waived big man Jordan Williams on Monday.
The Hawks have now waived two of the five players they acquired in the Joe Johnson trade, and the No. 36 pick from two years ago will likely find himself a camp invite. That the Hawks aren't interested in him, however, doesn't look good for Williams.

Thu Apr 26 201223:44Jordan Williams double-doubles for the Nets
Jordan Williams double-doubled in the Nets' blowout loss to the Raptors on Thursday, scoring 10 points on 5-of-13 shooting with 10 rebounds and a block.
The Nets scored 67 points on the night and ensured that they will have the sixth-worst record heading into the draft. MarShon Brooks scored nine points on 4-of-17 shooting with four boards, one assist, and two steals, Gerald Green had 10 points on 4-of-13 shooting with five boards and a block, Johan Petro showed up to go for nine and 12, Armon Johnson (11 points, five assists) outplayed Sundiata Gaines (seven points, two assists), and Anthony Morrow hit three triples for 11 points.

Sat Apr 21 201223:04Jordan Williams leaves w/ upset stomach
Jordan Williams left Saturday's game with an upset stomach, finishing with four points, six rebounds and two steals in 21 minutes.
Williams didn't return and we'll call him iffy for Monday's game. Even with a starting job in hand, the Nets' rookie is not worth gambling on in fantasy leagues.

Wed Apr 18 201222:58Jordan Williams plays just 12 minutes
Jordan Williams started at center again, but played just 12 minutes to finish with four points, two rebounds and a block.
No other centers really contributed, as the Nets just went with a small lineup for most of the night.

Tue Apr 17 201202:58Jordan Williams puts up a dud on Monday
Jordan Williams started on Monday against the Heat, scoring two points on 1-of-5 shooting with four rebounds and a steal in 32 minutes.
It's highly disappointing to see the minutes come without production, but that's life as a relatively unheralded rookie in the NBA. Williams just put up 12 points, 14 boards, three steals, and a block on Saturday, so owners may want to be patient in advance of Wednesday's game against the Knicks -- though a matchup with Tyson Chandler doesn't sound all that appealing.

Mon Apr 16 201218:07Jordan Williams starting at center Monday
Jordan Williams will start at center in Monday's game against the Heat.
The Nets are finally giving in and getting a longer look at their young pieces, so Shelden Williams will come off the bench. Jordan Williams has averaged 7.7 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.0 blocks over the last seven games even though he's seen just 21.4 minutes. There's sleeper appeal here for deep-leaguers.

Sat Apr 14 201222:21Jordan Williams posts big double-double
Jordan Williams caught fire for 12 points, a career-high 14 rebounds, three steals and a block off the Nets bench on Saturday.
Kris Humphries was rather quiet with six points and 10 boards, and Williams got it done. He also had 13 points and five boards on Friday, and should be in line for solid run down the stretch.

Fri Apr 13 201223:54Jordan Williams plays 26 minutes Friday
Jordan Williams scored 13 points with five rebounds and two assists on Friday in 26 minutes of action.
It's nice to see the Nets giving their rookie some run late in the season, but it's doubtful he accumulates any fantasy value during the remainder of this season. Plus, the Nets only play three time next week. Avoid.

Sat Apr 7 201201:16Jordan Williams scores career-high 14 points
Jordan Williams scored a career-high 14 points on 7-of-7 shooting with four rebounds and a block in 24 minutes off the bench on Friday against the Wizards.
Clearly he's not going to make every shot attempt going forward and there isn't a lot to grab onto here. If the Nets decide to give the youngster some run, we'll let you know.

Sun Apr 1 201202:20Jordan Williams returns from concussion
Jordan Williams (concussion) was active for the Nets on Saturday, scoring seven points with one rebound and two turnovers off the bench.
Williams also picked up four fouls in 19 minutes, but the Nets will take what they can get for frontcourt help.

Sat Mar 31 201214:59Jordan Williams (concussion) iffy on Sat.
Nets rookie Jordan Williams (concussion) will be a game-time decision vs. the Kings on Saturday.
Williams suffered a mild concussion on Wednesday and may have to pass one final test before getting medical clearance to play. He could play more minutes with Shelden Williams ailing, but shouldn't be owned in fantasy leagues.

Wed Mar 28 201221:16Jordan Williams leaves w/ concussion symptoms
Jordan Williams left Wednesday's game with concussion-like symptoms.
Shelden Williams left earlier with an eye injury, as the Nets are running out of big men. In other words, it's Johan Petro time, although he's probably not good enough to be grabbed in fantasy leagues.

Tue Mar 27 201201:03Rookie Jordan Williams scores 13 for Nets
Rookie big man Jordan Williams scored a career-high 13 points to go along with six rebounds and two steals in 20 minutes of Monday's loss.
He hit 5-of-6 shots on the night and presumably helped fill the gap left by Kris Humphries, who struggled tonight. Humps missed all six of his shots to finish with two points and 10 boards in 22 minutes, but this looks more like a fluke than anything else for Williams.

Tue Jan 3 201201:39Jordan Williams makes pro debut on Monday
Rookie Jordan Williams made his NBA debut on Monday for the Nets, playing three minutes off the bench with no stats.
We're in wait-and-see mode, watching for signs that his conditioning is intact, but any rookie for the talentless Nets should have some sort of recognition from owners. Just watch him from afar for now.
