"I think it's probably something they will monitor each day. There's really been no timetable given to me. He was going to try and do something (Monday), really couldn't do much. Same thing with today at shoot-around."

Singler bumped knees during the Thunder's previous preseason contest and is likely dealing with minor bruising. As a precaution, the team will sit him Friday night, but the injury doesn't appear to be serious.

Singler signed a five-year extension with the Thunder worth $25 million on Wednesday, Yahoo! Sports reports.

Singler, 27, was a major part of Oklahoma City's bench unit after coming over from Detroit in a three-team deal at the deadline. Holding career averages of 8.1 points and 3.4 rebounds, Singler figures to hold down a similar role off the bench next season, though he may compete for a starting spot.

Singler received a qualifying offer from the Thunder to make him a restricted free agent, Basketball Insiders reports.

It's unlikely Singler will command enough interest in free agency to prompt an offer sheet in free agency that would make the Thunder pass on matching it, so it's more likely that they sign Singler to an extension once the rest of their free agency goals are checked off.

Singler was traded to the Thunder in February and averaged 3.7 points and 2.1 rebounds in 17.5 minutes per game across 26 appearances (18 starts) for Oklahoma City this season.

Singler joined the Thunder at the trade deadline, but didn't play as much as he previously did with the Pistons, causing his already underwhelming fantasy value to dip further. Now a free agent, Singler will look to join a team in search of steady wing play and outside shooting ahead of next season.

Singler will head to the bench for Friday's game against the Kings, The Oklahoman reports.

Singler enjoyed a brief stint in the starting lineup but will assume a role off the bench moving forward since Andre Roberson (ankle) has returned to health. Although, Singler has a chance to spend more time on the court than Roberson, as Roberson's minutes are often held in check despite the accolade of being a starter.

Singler got the start Tuesday and posted eight points, three rebounds, a block, and an assist over 25 minutes.

Singler got the start with Andre Roberson sidelined with an ankle injury. He continues to be a relative disappointment thus far in his stint with Oklahoma City. Singler has not scored in double figures in any of his 17 games with the Thunder.

Singler will start in Tuesday's game against the Lakers, The Oklahoman reports.

Normal starter Andre Roberson is dealing with a sprained ankle and is expected to miss the next 2-3 weeks as a result. This should certainly give Singler more time on the court but Anthony Morrow seems to be in line for added minutes as well, despite coming off the bench.

Singler was demoted to the bench in Friday's game against the Timberwolves. He spent 17 minutes on the court and compiled seven points, one assist, and two steals.

It's still unclear if coach Scott Brooks will leave Singler on the bench moving forward as Dion Waiters was bumped into the starting five Friday. However, Singler was seeing limited time on the court as a starter so it ultimately may not matter where he begins each game under Brooks' direction.

Singler will move to the bench Friday, The Oklahoman's Anthony Slater reports.

Dion Waiters will slide into the starting lineup, which may be a bit surprising, but it should not come as a shock that Singler was benched. He played fewer than 20 minutes in each of his last three games and is a low-end fantasy option.

Singler was held to just 15 minutes in Thursday's loss to the Bulls despite starting in place of Kevin Durant (foot) and finished the game with just three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 3Pt), two rebounds and one steal.

This is the second time Singler was held to 15 minutes since joining the Thunder. He was acquired at the trade deadline, and has started every game that Durant has missed. However, he's done nothing to impress in the starting role and will likely be held to 20 minutes or less in most games, especially when Durant returns.

Singler started his fifth straight game since being traded to the Thunder on Friday, but was held to just three points (1-5 FG, 1-3 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists, two blocks and a steal in 31 minutes.

Singler continues to start with Kevin Durant (foot) out, but he just hasn't produced on the offensive end. Since joining the Thunder, he's scored a combined 23 points in five games, including an 0-for-4 night Feb. 24 against the Pacers.

Singler started in place of an injured Kevin Durant on Thursday, and scored seven points (2-6 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT) and grabbed two boards in 22 minutes.

Singler has started all four games that he's been with the Thunder, but is averaging just 5.0 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.8 assists in 18.5 minutes per game. He doesn't hold much value outside of daily leagues if he continues to start for Durant.

Singler started for an injured Kevin Durant (foot), but played just 18 minutes, scoring six points (2-6 FG, 2-4 3Pt) with two rebounds, one assist, and one block.

Singler's presence relegated Perry Jones to a DNP-CD, even in Durant's absence, but Singler holds little fantasy value as a placeholder. His value comes from his ability to hit three-pointers, which he has hit at 41 percent this season, making 1.4 per game in just 24 minutes per contest.
