Los Angeles Clippers forwards
Marcus Morris Sr. (knee) and
Nicolas Batum (ankle) have been ruled out for Friday's game against the Milwaukee Bucks. Both players took part in the team's overtime loss to the Chicago Bulls on Thursday, despite the fact that both players carried injury designations going into the contest. It's no surprise to see the two veterans receiving the day off after they logged nearly 40 minutes each on Thursday. The Clippers will be extremely short-handed on Friday as
Paul George (elbow) and
Reggie Jackson (rest) are resting as well.
Robert Covington and
Isaiah Hartenstein will help make up for the absence of Morris and Batum while
Terance Mann,
Luke Kennard and
Amir Coffey will lead the backcourt.
